Soco - Isolé 2 Chambre Studio

Ce studio à l'étage récemment rénové est à pied tout le centre-ville et dans le quartier de South Congress (SoCo). Découvrez Austin en séjournant dans ce merveilleux vieux quartier, qui est proche de la musique live, de la nourriture, la culture, l'histoire et les loisirs. Le studio de 2 chambres remplie de lumière est à l'étage dans ma maison. Avec stationnement hors rue et une entrée privée extérieure, il est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée de découverte de Austin. Admirez les deux majestueuses 200 arbres centenaires de chêne ou amusez-vous par assis dans l'arrière-cour patio ombragé. Une promenade vous emmène 3 rues à l'ouest de l'avenue animée South Congress rempli de restaurants fantastiques, des cafés, des boutiques et lieux de musique. La maison a une piscine d'époque qui est remplie pendant les mois d'été pour un plongeon. VEUILLEZ NOTER QUE LA PISCINE SERA SOUS RÉNOVATION FÉV. - MAI 2019 ..... avec sa piscine ouverte toute l’année qui est alimentée par des sources chaudes naturelles pendant les mois d’hiver. Le parc possède également plus de 3 acres de sentiers pédestres. piscine supplémentaire et de loisirs est, mais à une courte distance à Zilker Park et Barton Springs Pool. Si vous êtes un coureur ou d'un sentier walker Lady Bird Lake se trouve à quelques pâtés de maisons pour un jogging ou à pied, et abrite le célèbre Avenue Congrès bat colonie d'Austin. Le deuxième divertissant, Entrepôt et Sixth Street districts du centre-ville se trouvent à 3 minutes en bus / taxi ou à 15 minutes à pied. Également à proximité sont Auditorium Shores, Convention Center, Whole Foods Market, Long Performing Arts Center, le Capitole et bien plus encore.

Le studio dispose de deux chambres privées, une avec un grand lit et l'autre avec une taille complète. . Un petit réfrigérateur, cafetière / théière et micro-ondes sont fournis pour plus de commodité ou de prendre la belle promenade de cinq minutes à la boutique de café de Jo ou les nombreux restaurants du Congrès du Sud pour le petit déjeuner merveilleux, le déjeuner ou le dîner.

Austin Bergstrom Intl. l'aéroport est à seulement 20 minutes (30 $ en taxi).

Very well-maintained 2 bedroom in great, quiet location. Short walk to excellent local shops, restaurants, music. Host provided great local intel and easy check in/out. Easy access to ACL. Highly recommend. Note: there’s a mini-fridge and coffee but no kitchen. But who comes to Austin and makes their own meals?

Nice quiet stay close to South Congress

The two bedroom loft is separate from the house with its own entrance. It is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from South Congress with lots of great restaurants and music. Property has a lovely shaded pool that is great on those hot Texas days. Property was spoltless and well kept. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Austin.

Great property in ideal location

We had a great stay and the property was perfect for our long weekend in Austin. It's in a quiet neighborhood, yet a short walk to South Congress and a quick drive to many popular sights in Austin. The pool and air conditioning helped negate the Austin heat and the small kitchenette was sufficient for our morning coffee and keeping some water and wine in the fridge.

Perfect accommodations for 2 couples. The only down side is that one bed is a full, but that worked fine for our group. Beautiful outdoor space. Easy walk to South Congress St. Beautiful windows overlooking the backyard. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and private

My husband and I booked Laura’s studio for a weekend trip to Austin. It had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The space was very clean, great ac, and the bed was comfortable. We especially appreciated the water and ice provided in the mini fridge and the coffee station. We also enjoyed the pool area very much, especially during a very hot weekend!

Perfect location

This place is cute, clean and perfectly located. We were able to walk many of the places we wanted to go to, even if we often decided to take an Uber back due to being tired. It doesn't have a kitchen, but that is clearly stated in the description so no surprises there. It does have a coffee maker, microwave, and a toaster, though, so you can still make yourself breakfast, etc. The owner was really helpful and very nice!

Perfect Treetop Oasis

My friend and I chose this property for a girls' trip to Austin. It was our first time visiting the city so we weren't really sure where to stay. This ended up being the perfect pick. The unit is new and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The living room has a flat screen TV and a rockin' stereo system so you can connect you iPod and listen to music. The owner was very accommodating and she gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The location is very quiet but you can walk a couple of blocks and be on South Congress, where there are lots of great shops, restaurants and bars. We got lucky and ended up arriving on the first Thursday of the month which is a great time on S. Congress. First Thursday is a popular monthly event that is basically like one big block party, and it is perfect for all ages. You can also walk downtown in about 15-20 minutes. However, if you are going out in heels you might want to take a cab. Don't bother calling for a cab because they never show up. You are better off walking to S. Congress and catching one from there. We had some great meals and cocktails in Austin. Try the Snack Bar for breakfast. It was delicious. Also, La Condesa in the 2nd St district downtown had the most amazing food (and margaritas). We ended up there on Cinco de Mayo. Another block party was happening just outside the restaurant. Austin is a great city where there is always something to do. We will definitely go back and we will definitely stay in this treetop oasis again!

Zen Garden Tree House

Had the best weekend in Austin, and Laura’s place was perfect. Walking distance to South Congress, and a pedicab away from ACL fest. Perfect for a girls getaway with separate bedrooms and a nice living room with beautiful windows to watch the rain or just enjoy the scenery. Communication excellent, just had a blast!!

The location is close enough that we could walk to the SoCo area and could scooter to/from downtown. The apartment was spacious for the 4 of us (adults). I would rent here again.

Quaint property, great location

This was perfect for our group! The location is great and the property is so quaint and eclectic. Pool and backyard get a ton of shade too which is wonderful for ATX summers 🥵
