Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly Lake house! feel like being in a cabin in the middle of woods but you are in the heart of Minneapolis.

The cobblestone deck with the view of the gorgeous lake from outside and the windows of the house will have you fall in love with this cute and simple cabin like place.

Sunlight and scenery from every window shines into the house. Make a bonfire at night and enjoy the view on the deck.

You have lots of space on the ground floor and basement for a comfortable family gathering in any season. Paddle boat, paddleboards, and bicycles provided for the summer time lake and outdoors fun!There is a long trail just in a walking distance from the house. Lots of restaurant and shops close by. The house is few minutes away from West End where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Downtown Minneapolis is only 8 minutes away. Downtown Hopkins with lots of festivals throughout the year is 5 min. away. Few beaches are within minutes away. Only 15-20 min away from the airport. Few blocks away from major Hwy. close to knoll wood mall and shopping centers. Great Location!

Beauty property. We loved and enjoyed the extra accommodations/equipment for the lake water activities; best part. More towels and linen then expected which was a nice surprise. Interior: Comfortable, neat, clean, lots of open space for families. Exterior: could benefit from a monthly insects spray &/or power wash to remove the abundance of spider webs from front porch, light fixtures, back deck chairs, steps, house, etc. & over grown weeds. Host was proactive with check-in info which made it a breezy. I would definitely recommend this location for any family.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kids had a wonderful time with the paddle boards and my grandson was thrilled to have a basket ball hoop. The lake was a big hit.I do have a couple of suggestions: We couldn't get the little coffeemaker to work and the main light and the closet light in the master bedroom didn't work. The patio was lovely. I would have loved to have had a clearer view without the thick trees-maybe a little thinning out? It's a beautiful spot.

Loved this location for family to stay while they were in town. Listing could have been more accurate about number of beds available for all of our guests. We made it work, kids had fun fishing in the lake in back, host was very communicative and made sure we had what we needed!

This was a cute house with a great location on the lake. Kitchen was well stocked. Sleeping arrangements were not as well as expected. Futons were uncomfortable and not enough for 13 of us present.

Wedding weekend family

It was nice. Little short on sleeping places but kids slept on floor. Teenagers disappointed in no wifi but parents thought it was a good thing. Overall it worked for our family to all be in one place instead of all hotel rooms for a family wedding

Perfect place for family.

In town for family event and was impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked for home cooked meals. We were surprised not to find tv in living room on first floor but it promoted family time. Great location and very comfortable.

Nice getaway

We needed a place big enough for 9 kids and 2 adults and this fit the bill perfectly. Owners were good at communicating throughout the whole process. Some of the doors rub on the frames and don't close properly and could use adjustment, but overall the house was very nice. Plenty of bedding and having 2 showers was very nice.

This house is located in a good neighborhood. I fell in love with it when I bought it. It has a unique character. If you like to be part of the neighborhood, sit in front and if you want to enjoy the cabin like back yard, make a fire in the fire pit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful lake's scenery.

If you are here for a business trip, come back home to a beautiful back yard and relax.
