Renovated duplex minutes from downtown Geneva. This house renovation was intended for guests to feel like this is their home away from home. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The 1st floor offers fully equipped updated kitchen, large eating area and living room with sleeper sofa. Upstairs you will find a full bathroom, one bedroom with a king size bed, and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds, plus arcade game! . Washer and dryer are located in the unfinished lower level. Plus Central Air!

We stayed here for a one night stopover on a longer trip. Had a bit of trouble finding the place, it was dark and the lights were off. There was also another person parked in the driveway on the side of the duplex we were on, adding to the confusion. That said, everything else was fine.

The place was great! Cute and super clean! They provided a lot, coffee, paper towels, toilet paper even charcoal for the grill! Would definitely stay there again!

Nicely decorated with updates that preserved the charm of the home. In a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, nice and cool in the house on arrival, no-fuss check in and checkout, appreciated the pre-stocked coffee and water. This was just an overnight stop for us but I would for sure stay here again.

Fathers Day Reunion

I loved the outcome I actually came back to Ohio to visit my son and his first son my new Gbaby and I ended up getting my 2 brothers and my dad which we haven’t seen since who can remember but it turned out to be a great Father’s Day weekend even tho it rained we still had fun and we checked out Sunday which turned out to be a very nice day so after we packed up we went and walked the strip and enjoyed some food and ADULT drinks so coming from Dallas I will make sure it’s not going to be cold thanks again so very much

A great weekend!

We had a great stay in Geneva! We brought our dog and we all loved sitting on the front porch together. The house was close to everything. One night the power went out from a storm and Anthony was very quick to investigate what was going on for us. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay in Geneva

House was perfect for us, clean, comfortable and quiet. The heat worked great and we were warm despite the cold weather. Appliances and furnishings were all new and clean and everything worked great (the washer and dryer were a big plus). The location for us was perfect (we were at Spire center for a swim meet), close to downtown and places to eat and a short drive to GOTL. House is located near train tracks so if you’re a light sleeper that takes some getting used to. Anthony was quick to respond to our questions and we had no issues during our stay. He provided coffee pods for Keurig, water, and oatmeal which was great (suggest a few tea bags for the tea drinkers). Only other suggestion I have is to have a box of tissues downstairs. All in all a great stay and we’d stay there again! Thanks Anthony!!

Convenient and clean

Had a track event to attend at Spire Academy. Very convenient location for that. There is a REALLY regular train line very close to the house... only complaint. Everything else was as advertised.... nice stay.

Nice place in Geneva

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a good central location for us to visit wineries in the area. The house itself had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable there. Unfortunately, there was a major snowstorm after we arrived and we had to dig out our car. I couldn't find a snow shovel, so I contacted the owner. He came out to the house and cleared out the driveway so we could get the car out. We are very appreciative!

Really great location. Easy to get to. We stayed here while moving my son from NY to IL we had plenty of parking and room for the uhaul. Thanks for the coffee extra towels and comfy beds
