#3- Fully stocked kitchen. Sliding glass door to outside deck that has a table and chairs. Outdoor grill on deck. Fire pit, firewood available at stand on road. Quiet setting. Silver Lake within walking distance via the public beach that has kayak docks to use (kayaks not provided). Letchworth State Park just minutes away. Linens and towels NOT provided. Added fee of $20 per night for pet. Over 2 adults will have a $20 per night charge. Loft area with two twin sized foam mattresses that kids will love. Parking for 1 car. Code for the keyless entry will be sent via email 1-2 days prior to your arrival.

nice getaway

The rv is in a great location. We enjoyed our visit to Perry! Great little area to visit unique restaurants and shops. The camping neighborhood is peaceful and the people are friendly. The lake is beautiful.

Letchworth trip

The house was exactly what we were looking for for our trip to Letchworth.No problems with the reservations or any other issues.Place was clean,big enough and definitely felt like we were in a safe area.Would definitely recommend or stay here again

So cute

Husband and I were in town for the car show. We used to have a place nearby for the summer but had to sell it. This place was just perfect for our needs. We are already planning a longer stay for next year and hope to stay here again.

Overall, was very nice!

Excellent place to stay, clean & comfortable! Very close proximity to the neighbors though, even though this didn’t cause any problems, we didn’t expect it to be so close. Owner was super nice! Kind & accommodating when we had forgotten something!! She was great to work with!

It was just what we wanted -- a place near Letchworth Park that was dog-friendly. Its in a quiet neighborhood that's a short dog-walk to a beautiful lake. You need to bring linens and towels. The kitchen has plates and utensils but no food, spices, coffee, sugar, etc. I wish the notes posted in the home were on the listing, especially the "small hot water tank, take a short shower". None of these minor gripes would have stopped us from renting this place, but it's good to know up front. Overall a very nice stay -- if we go back to Letchworth (beautiful!) we'd book here again.

Easy stay

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for the weekend. We hiked at Letchworth and paddled on the lake. We were able to check out the drive in and the cheese store. The unit we stayed in was very clean and had all the things noted. We brought our own linens, toiletries and food. The space outside was nice to sit and read or eat. The public beach was right down the street. I was able to carry my board down there and hop in the water. The water had a lot of algae so swimming was not an option. Overall, close to the things we wanted to do and a comfortable place to stay.
