Cette maison dispose de 5 somptueuses suites comprenant une casita privée avec une entrée séparée. (Lit king en Master, Kings dans trois suites, plus deux lits queen dans la 5ème chambre)

La grande salle et la salle à manger se jettent dans la cuisine gastronomique qui comprend une île, des fours à double paroi et un coin petit-déjeuner pour votre plus grand plaisir. Vous aurez plaisir à vous détendre sur le sectionnel surdimensionné qui se trouve devant le téléviseur HD à grand écran et mène à une table de billard dans la salle familiale juste devant le foyer en pierre. Perfect Family Getaway

The pool area and barbecue were perfect for a family with littles…swimming on the Baja shelf was the best! Large open areas inside for the kids to play and then comfy couches to hang out after the kids went to bed!

Great house. Great location and neighborhood. Great view. Windows were dirty, but it stormed for a few days before we arrived so I'm guessing that is why. Only suggestion I could give is that the home needs more silverware/glasses. Especially wine glasses. We were 6 adults and the home fits way more. There were only 2 wine glasses. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice layout and great view. Pool table okay but only one good cue stick. Missing a spatula, too. (: But really enjoyed the fire pit at night.

Beautiful property and surroundings. The furnishings were a tad dated/worn, but clean. We had 12 girlfriends and everyone was comfortable with sleeping arrangements. If you have that many people bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, even plastic utensils, plates, cups as there was no where near enough. We had to make unexpected trips to the store. That being said I would book it again.

Very disappointed for a house that supports 12 guests @ $1,200/night. There were minimal kitchen, bathroom supplies; poor maintenance on the house too numerous to outline. Sent a detailed e-mail to Royal Vacation Rentals outlining all the issues with this house. The owner should be held accountable for poor maintenance. Would NOT go back again.

Just Ok

The property manager had to come and bring glasses and silverware after we were already here. We ran out of toilet paper! The kitchen was not at all well-stocked and we had to go out and buy a wine bottle opener. The basket to clean the pool was dirty and had mold on it. We had to hose the patio down because of the dust storm and the drains in the back didn’t work so then we had to use a broom to move the water into the grass. Nice house and met our needs but needs some repairs.

We would not rent this property again, unless the inside had been upgraded. It was not what we expected, given the amount of money that we paid.

Would have liked a garage door opener for the 2-car garage. Without one, you have to get out of the car and go inside to open or shut the door

We stayed at this place every time never disappointed, staying on one of the best golf course around.House is amazing we had 8 guys and there was a lot of room. The view of pool overlooking the 14th hole Wow!! We had a issue with the fridge it took almost three days before it would keep our beer cold and ice maker wasn’t working. There was a phone number to call if any issues but being guys we bought coolers and ice as long the beer was cold we where happy Lol!!! A big plus was we had a Costco around the corner from us!! There is plenty of restaurants and bars around us!! But a big shout out to the staff at vacation rentals they are amazing people to deal with we will be back next year again!!!

Location is perfect over looking the 14th hole at the PGA West. Property was well maintained pool was awesome. Kitchen very large great for our cooking needs. Manager was great we had a door issue and it was fixed the next day!! We found a great bar about 2 miles from us call Big Rock great place. Grocery store also less then a mile. Costco 2 miles away. Everything about this house was great will be booking it again next year!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thanks for everything. Only 2 complaints really were that the bar stools are in desperate need of being replaced. It looks like they've been taped and hammered together. 2nd issue was the maids. I discussed with Dana, however even after they came back half way through the stay to fix the things the didn't do previously, we had to ask them to leave some toilet paper for us, they didn't replace any of the soaps so we had to go buy soap for all the bathrooms, they did eventually wash all the sheets and towels, however they didn't put any of the towels back in the bathrooms. Overall, house was great. Time & Dana were great. I'd just recommend getting a new cleaning service. We had a great time otherwise. Thanks again for everything.
