Amazing stay

The house was lovely, my favorite part about the house was the backyard it was a nice seating area where you can just sit and talk. The whole house looked just how it did in the pictures as well and my overall the stay was a 10/10. I’ll be booking again when I’m on another trip.

Home away from Home

Comfortable Home! Attention to detail for the comfort of guests. Super Clean and excellent commutation from Ruben and his lovely wife. Newly renovated with modern and comfortable Beds and furniture . Looking forward to visiting again !

Perfect family vacation

We had a great time in Florida, thanks to our host Ruben with whom communication was easy and process was smooth. The house was exactly as described and perfect in all points for our family of 4. The property was spotless. If anything to improve, I would say maybe a few basic items were missing in the kitchen i.e a cutting board and a strainer. But not not a big issue since we ate out more than we cooked at home so we managed to do without

Some Opportunities

Upon arrival, we had some trouble unlocking the door and had to wait a bit before gaining entry and reaching the owner. The place had a great layout, but the main issue was the lack of hot water during our five-day stay. I informed the owner, but unfortunately, they were unable to get a plumber out in time to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry about the hot water issue during your stay—I did everything possible to get a plumber out, but unfortunately, no one was available in time. I completely understand how frustrating that must have been. I also want to mention that after the electric kettle was accidentally damaged by your son when he placed it directly on the burner of the electric cooktop, my wife made a special trip to the property to remove the melted residue. We wanted to ensure that all the burners remained usable for you and that your stay was as comfortable as possible. Despite these challenges, I truly appreciated having you as a guest, which is why I gave you a 5-star review. I also appreciate that you left the home clean and well cared for. I would be happy to host you again in the future and ensure an even better experience!
