It’s called Grandmas house and it really feels like it!!! It’s so nice to stay in a rental that feels lived in. Good location for access to the Springs and Manitou. Will definitely consider staying here again if my husband runs the marathon again!

We loved the house, it was perfect for two couples. Very comfortable beds and everything we could have wanted. The location was excellent for getting to Garden of the Gods and everything we wanted to do.

I would definitely stay here again! It was perfect for 4 of us! Everything very clean, organized, plenty of board games & cards to play, bathtub and stand up shower, hot tub very clean and nice.

The house was charming and cozy, exactly as described. The hot tub was an added bonus to retreat to after a busy day of sightseeing. We would definitely recommend a visit to Grandma's House to anyone!

Close to everything, we were within 15 minutes of most attractions. Host was easy to reach. House is very homey and clean. My son enjoyed watering the bird bath for the birds. Check in was smooth. The house was ready early and the host contacted us and let us know we could check in early. Checking out was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay at grandma's house. Thank you!

The host was excellent to work with and check-in was easy. The house was in a GREAT location if you are going to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Cheyenne Mountain, or Flying W Ranch. The house was a bit older in some ways, but had all the necessities. It was great having two bathrooms. We took advantage of the hot tub (which was very clean) and made s'mores on the fire pit. Our dogs loved the back yard and being able to come with us on vacation. I would suggest having some restaurant or takeout menus available for guests to use. Thanks for letting us use your home!

Home away from home

This home is so comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood is nice and is within about 10 - 12 minutes of most places we went. We would definitely stay there again.
