Beach Bum Bungalow offers stunning sunset marsh views just 400 ft to the beach.

Located on the main beach, you are a short walk to casino ballroom concerts, the children’s playground, and top-notch restaurants. It's the perfect getaway. Plus, enjoy free nightly concerts at the Seashell and Wednesday night fireworks in the summer.
This 2nd floor beach condo is comfortable at 600 sq. ft. and comes with one onsite parking spot. Plenty of natural light and gorgeous sunsets. Large community deck to enjoy the warm summer sun. Clean linens and towels provided for all guests.
This vacation home has keyless entry and is fully furnished with heat and central AC. Two bedrooms both with full size beds. An open concept kitchen/family space, with a couch that converts to a full size bed when more sleep space is needed. Full bathroom with soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Coin-operated laundry room on the 1st floor.
Free high-speed internet provided. All televisions have either Firestick or Roku which you are welcome to use to log into any of your streaming accounts.
Hampton Beach is centrally located to many of New England’s top destinations offering something for everyone – Beaches, dining, arcades, shopping, concerts, golf, and much more. This condo is just steps from The Hampton Casino Ballroom, and a short car ride to Blue Ocean Concert Hall in Salisbury MA. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Newburyport MA, Portsmouth NH, outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery ME., or explore Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.

We had a great stay at this property at the beach! It was the perfect stop on our way up to Maine. The kids loved playing in the sand and we loved having plenty of space with separate bedrooms for our family. There aren't many options for a one-night stay, and we appreciate that the owner offers short stays!

Cozy getaway spot

This was a great location and a really cute condo. All of the basic supplies we needed for a great stay were provided. Great sunset views! On the downside, the beds were a little uncomfortable for senior citizens, and the refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned out from the last guests. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great location! Clean and well kept condo. Had a great time with my kids. Would definitely rent again. Condo is close enough to all the hustle and bustle but you don't have all the noise as you would right on the strip. Nice deck to sit on to enjoy the morning or evening. Recommend!

We have been going to Hampton Beach for years. This is one of the best places we have stayed at. Close to Everything !!! Clean and updated. Host very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!!!

I chose this condo for its terrific location! You are walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do. Sitting out on the deck in the summer sun, watching all the people go by is so relaxing and fun.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Sit back and relax on the living room couch or out on the deck and watch the sunset over the marsh is such an amazing view. No two sunsets are ever the same, and it never gets old.
