Bethany Bay Summer Getaway with Pool, Golf, Nature Trails-Minutes to Beach!

This CONDO IS LOCATED ON THE THIRD FLOOR. 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo located on the third floor. This unit is has close access to the pool, tennis courts, volleyball and playground and gym. Badges will be provided to use the amenities. This community also has a 9 hole golf course ( GOLF FEES ARE EXTRA). There is also a kayak launch (kayaks not provided) and a nature trail. Bethany Bay Resort is located 5 miles from downtown Bethany Beach. Linens, towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella is provided. There is also a propane gas grill located in the garage for use as well.

Front Bedroom - Full Size Bed

Full bathroom with tub and shower

Master Bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom with tub and shower
Kitchen and living room with dining table that seats 6. Additional table in the kitchen that seats 2. TV with streaming services only.

Washer and dryer located in the kitchen

Back deck has table and sectional that seats 8. Perfect for eating outdoors.
Front deck has 2 Adirondack chairs


SECOND FLOOR:

2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, closet, TV (streaming only). The second bedroom has full size bunk beds, dresser with 2 small closets. Bathroom has tub and shower.

WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT OUR PROPERTY
We enjoy having dinner with the family on the back deck while watching the boats go by in the distance. It's a peaceful community where we enjoy our morning walks. Our place is conveniently located near the pool and golf course. We typically will go to the beach early in the day and then head back after lunch and lounge by the pool the rest of the day.

Once again another amazing stay in Jackie’s condo! This has become our family’s favorite summer vacation to wind down summer. The condo has a little for everyone from the golf course, small beach, creek for paddle boarding and ponds for fishing!

Unit was lovely, clean and in a great location for us. The complex was very nice to be able to walk around, use the pool, play pickleball and golf on the par 3. The owner had beach chairs and a bench umbrella and beach wagon available to use which was nice.

Great Amenities, Clean & Comfortable

We loved our stay at Bethany Bay! The pool (open 10am-8pm) was large, clean, and had a lot of seating available as well. There was a nice playground that my toddler loved. The condo was perfect for our group. We loved spending evenings together in the large living are. A full kitchen and two nearby grocery stores helped us save money by not having to dine out every day. The beaches were a short 15-20 minute drive. Jackie gave clear check-in and check-out instructions and was a pleasure to communicate with. Overall we were highly satisfied with our stay and will definitely book again soon!

Great Place!

This condominium was amazing- clean, spacious, updated, comfortable, quiet, and close to everything. The complex and property were beautiful. We had a great time in the Bethany area and look forward to our returning next year!

Friends and Family Getaway

We had a great time! Lots of options for rooming and everyone having space to enjoy playing or watching a movie. The kids loved the quick walk to the pool and easy access to the beach.

Perfect comfortable location

Here for a week of fun with the family. Great communication with owner and very hospitable. Great location for home base going to beaches and also for restaurants and shopping. Pool is lovely. No issues whatsoever and would come back again without hesitation.

Amazing property

This property is amazing! Tastefully decorated and enough room for all to spread out! Would be a great property for multiple generations of family to stay together! While the community is “off the beaten path” we loved this! We were far enough away that the “beach” traffic was no issue but close enough to everything you need! We will be staying here again definitely!

The property is well laid out and close to other attractions. Easy to get around with many activities to take part in within walking distance. Great place for a family trip.
