A "fly in, fly out"- just come with your clothes and the rest awaits you here. A Nespresso machine, Ninja blender, standard equipped kitchen, ceiling fans in every bedroom and living room, an oversized daybed on the deck, gas grill, Roku TV's throughout the home, separate kids' hang out, a huge and plush sectional couch in front of a cozy gas fireplace, large dining table, kitchen island with stools, a designated room for an office for those who work remotely, a bar, trays of toiletries in each bathroom, a proper laundry room, an expansive and well landscaped yard, you name it... Moulton Farm Landing has it. All while being centrally and conveniently located close to Lower Village and Dock Square, beaches, and downtown Kennebunk.

The primary is located on the first floor. It features a king bed, Roku TV, walk in closet, and an en suite that also has a large Jacuzzi tub. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, both with plush queen beds and designed for maximum comfort and rest. Another full bath is located on the second floor. The kids' bunkroom also has a large sectional couch with a TV, and additional seating areas. The two bunks each have a queen on the bottom with a twin on top. *Please note, the bunkroom is for children only. The house sleeps a max of 6 adults.

No expense has been spared with outfitting this home. This also applies to the grounds as well.
