3 chambres de maître spacieuses, (2) avec vue magnifique sur la rivière, (1) avec vue sur le jardin - 1 lit king, 2 lits queen, 1 lit bébé. L'espace de vie intérieur comprend la salle à manger, la zone familiale et un coin petit-déjeuner, tous ouverts sur un patio et donnant sur la rivière.

Piscine chauffée et jacuzzi sur le pont-piscine avec abri moustiquaire. Équipé de la télévision par câble et d'un service Internet pour votre commodité. Les amateurs de golf ont la possibilité de jouer sur plus de 15 parcours (tels que PGA, Eagle Marsh, Hammock Creek, Lost Lake et Summerfield). Accessible plus ou moins en 1/2 heure de route. Profitez de la pêche ou de la détente sur le quai juste en face de la maison et avez la possibilité d'amarrer un bateau (demandez avant). Cette villa est à 5 minutes à pied du Club Med qui propose différentes activités aux clients payants quotidiens. 10 minutes en voiture d'un grand centre commercial et de restaurants. 20 minutes en voiture de l'océan à Jensen Beach. Family Trip was Amazing

This beautiful home in a perfect neighborhood housed a sweet scenic stay for our family for the week. We had easy access to grocery store, walking distance from tennis, and a great midpoint for Miami and Disney. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful house in a great location. We had some issues in the beginning of our stay that were quickly resloved by the property manager, Ellem. She was the best! The hot tub did not get hot for the first week until it was repaired by the pool man, Brian. The house was very clean but could use some upgrades in the kitchen. There are two closets in the master bedroom both of which are locked. I would recommend one of them be available for the guests. For the amount of money being spent to rent this house for the month, you would assume the appliances were more up-to-date. While they worked fine, they are old. The drawers in the master bedroom fall out and almost hit me in the foot. The vertical blinds need to be replaced. Some WD 40 could be used in all of the doors and the garage door. Also, we paid an additional 800 cash to heat the pool. This house could be 5 stars if there was a little more attention to details. The pantry in the kitchen should be cleaned out so the renters can use it for food items. The TVs in the two bedrooms are old and should be discarded. I was very pleased that we were able to use the garage and the pool is beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom. Despite some negatives, we had a great time in sunny Florida and I would recommend this house, even with the minor inconveniences.

Great vacation!

Very clean and had all the linens and kitchen items we needed. Only bad things were gnats in pool, thermostat didn't stay where you set it, no instructions for the tv's in the bedrooms, and needs more chaise lounges around the pool. Beautiful home, beautiful new tile throughout, enjoyed fishing off the dock! Enjoyed watching he thunderstorms roll in!! Thanks for sharing your home!

Wonderful Home

It would be hard to find a home in a more beautiful setting than this… The fabulous view of the river from the lovely outdoor area made for a most wonderful stay. The house itself was extremely comfortable with three large bedrooms, each with their own private bath… Well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and large bathrooms. The house manager was beyond helpful and responded immediately to any needs that we had. We are looking forward to returning to this property next year.

Beautiful house and great location

We had a superb stay at this property. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the view of the sun setting above the river is stunning. Everything was just as you see in the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you need and all appliances are in good condition. There are explicit instructions in the house on how to work everything - heat on pool and hot tub, tv, thermostat etc. making it very easy to work all appliances. The house is just minutes from a superb selection of restaurants, shopping and our favorite when in town, Cobb's Landing! Our absolute favorite part of the house was the large pool and hot tub with a beautiful view of the lake and boats passing by. Very comfortable outdoor area with lots of sitting and tables available. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, I highly recommend this place!

Great Sunset View!

This home was great! Very clean and well cared for. We had great beds and the layout worked well. The living area is very spacious. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and the owner, Herve, was very accommodating to our requests. The outside patios are well furnished and comfortable for seating, dining or just loafing! The property manager Ellem is a real jewel and she answered questions and made sure we had everything we needed. It's a wonderful quiet neighborhood and the views of the sun setting in the evening are spectacular. We hope to return next year!

Just what we needed

Hi Herve, we really enjoyed our week in the warmth with your house being as advertised: CLEAN, CURRENT, WELL EQUIPPED. We had plenty of room for 5 of us and enjoyed the quiet environment, the spacious pool, and the covered by Lanai pool area. We saw dolphins, jumping snook, and a few alligators swim down the river. Close to groceries and other conveniences. Looking forward to getting our damage deposit as we tried to leave the property on same condition as we found it. And thanks to the property manager Ellie for getting the blender replaced so we could make our smoothies. Best regards, Gary P

BEWARE NIGHTMARE HOST AND HOUSE

The Host is Unscrupulous Person in my opinion, he has a dirty home, dirty appliances, will KEEP your damage deposit, charges to heat the SPA !!! He made our trip stressful and unenjoyable. The Pictures he posts are OLD and do not convey the issues in the home. Oven is broken , toilets backup, The Refrigerator was Dirty . BEWARE RENTING THIS HOME ! YOU WILL REGRET IT !!! ALL PREVIOUS REVIEWS WERE NOT ACCURATE ! RUN RUN RUN AWAY !

Disappointed

Very disappointed with overall quality of this property. There were a myriad of issues - - no closets in master bedroom-several master dresser drawers fall out (broken rails)- towels (kitchen and bath) stained and threadbare. We had to go out and purchase our own to use. -thermostats controlled remotely by owner. Bedroom could be manually adjusted, main area thermostat either broken or manual adjustment disabled by owner- 2 of 3 bathroom fans nonfunctional- several outdoor cushions covered with mildew- microwave door broken, refrigerator/dishwasher old and beginning to rust -ice maker brokenThe rental manager was responsive, friendly, understanding, and helpful!

Really surprised to read this review - Tloset : it is written on the description of the house -Towels ; there is a lot of towels in the house and first time someone complain about that - thermostat: you can change manually temperature on all the thermostats and we are not controlling them remotely - fans are working We really don’t understand because you spend one month and you never asked any questions and never complain. After one month you are writing a bad review with false information. Please for who will read this review, if you have any questions or complain, ask questions, we will be happy to help

A great home base for a Florida family vacation

My family - including my husband, 2 children (4&6), my sister, and my parents - all stayed in the home comfortably during our recent Florida vacation. The size of the bedrooms with master baths in each allowed us all to have some personal space, and the shared spaces were quite comfortable and relaxing with more than enough room for the 7 of us to sit together. The home owner was very responsive and accommodating leading up to our stay, and he was extremely fair when we noticed some discrepancies between the listing and the house policies shared with us. Additionally, the house manager was very responsive and made every effort to answer questions or make adjustments to the home systems and/or pool if needed. I would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future.

Absolutely Breathtaking!

This home exceeded our expectations! Some homes we've stayed in in the past did not match the photos used to advertise your stay. That was not the case here! As nice as the photos were, they paled in comparison to seeing the home in person. We absolutely loved our stay here and definitely will be back. Ellem was there to answer any questions we had at a moments notice too!

Beautiful home and property on Kitching Cove

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Highlights were swimming in the fabulous pool, watching all of the wildlife (armadillos, ibis, osprey, squirrels )in the back yard and cove, and mooring for my Nauticstar boat allowing us easy access to the St. Lucie River, lagoon and Atlantic ocean. Other highlights were that it is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, many businesses and is a short drive to Jensen beach and excellent hospitals (Cleveland Clinic). The kitchen and appliances made meal preparation and cleaning very easy. Furnishings were very lovely. Everything was as shown in photos including the beautiful patio with the spectacular view of Kitching Cove - a very private cove but easy access to St. Lucy River. We hope to return one day soon.

Great family retreat

We quarantined over Thanksgiving at this property and it was a lovely family get away. Everything was perfect other than the very loud renters next door but the property manager and HOA President kindly handled that for us. We enjoyed watching the sunrise with coffee and sunset dinners. The outdoor space is great and private, which is what we were there for. The kitchen was well stocked to cook our family meals. We’ll definitely rent this property again and were sad to leave!

Amazing home and property!

We stayed in this lovely home for the month of February. It is exactly as the pictures look. The house was immaculate, and had everything we needed. The property manager, Ellie, was very helpful and always available. We used the heated pool and hot tub every day and loved watching the activity on the water; the boats, birds, dolphins! The location was convenient to everything. We've already rented again for next year! Loved it!

Visiting friends in Port St. Lucie

The property was clean and well maintained when we arrived. There were plenty of towels for bathing and the pool. The kitchen was adequately furnished with dishes, silverware, cookware, etc. There are three bedrooms, the master had a king bed, and the other two had a queen bed. Each bedroom had a television and very nice on-suite bathroom. The accommodations were perfect for our party of three adult couples, but it may not be suitable for a family with children as there were only three beds. The property manager, Ellie, was a delight to work with and she was always available if we needed anything or had questions. She made our first rental experience a breeze. I would suggest that the owner furnish at least 2 more chase lounges for the pool area to accommodate those that like to sun bathe. This was a great place to stay; in a very desirable and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay at this property in the future.
