About this space:
Fully renovated condo in charming Surf City, located steps away from the beach. Enjoy ocean views, a zero entry pool on-site (open through October 31st) and being just minutes away from downtown restaurants. Dreamiest little spot– perfect for your next family or couple's getaway.

The space:
Fully renovated condo with a comfy king sized bed, built-in bunk beds, a pull out couch with memory foam mattress and a pack n play. Black out curtains in bedroom and living room (if you're a mom, you know this is a must!). Enjoy smart tv's, wifi, magna-tiles for little ones, children's books, board and card games. High top table and chairs on balcony, perfect for eating meals outside, plus two rocking chairs.

Beautiful condo - all rooms just like pictures.Gorgeous views at all times of the day - pictures can't do it justice.Amazing view of sunrise without leaving the balcony. Nice, sunny and warm on balcony in Oct. til it gets shady midday.Steps away to complex's private beach access. Can set chairs up in direct view from balcony, which is great if you have kids. Blackout curtains and port a crib in closet also big plus for infants.Very comfortable mattress. Good supply of bath and hand towels and wash cloths.Nice, well equipped kitchen with large farm sink. So nice to see the waves rolling in while preparing meals.Kitchen table for 4 with high chair if needed.Four very comfy bar chairs. Comfortable couch and chairs.Great walking beach.Very wide beach when tide is out.Lots of surf fishermen.Can walk about a mile south to beach acess over to street with shops and New York Deli, which is great and authentic.Diver is great spot for breakfast, brunch lunch. Right across bridge. Nice view of intercostal from balcony.Great pizza place just a block south from entrance to condo. Surf Condos are well maintained. Large, nicely landscaped grounds. Large pool with lots of lounges, chairs and tables.Large, clean laundry room. Small fitness space eith Pelleton bike, elliptical machine and couple of other cardio machines.Having keyless entry is very convenient.Being sent the entry code to cond gate and door makes check in very easy. Surf City cute, safe beach town.

My family has stayed in many units at the Surf over the 30 plus years visiting the island. This unit has a great view overlooking the beach and is very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. It was equipped with what we needed for the week.

Love, Love this condo! Really this is the cutest, most airy comfortable rental we've stayed in! Everything is perfect and very beachy high-end, light, feeling. There were four of us - two teens, parents, and there's room for everyone (even two toilets and two separate sinks - really a huge bonus!).We've stayed at this complex before, and in identical floorplans - this one feels 10x more spacious (not to say the others were bad - but this one is awesome!). I don't think it is possible to be more "on the beach" - what a view - and you can watch and even talk to family on the beach from your balcony! The location is really great - so close to so many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The beach was gorgeous - lots of sharks teeth here at low tide. Pool is nice too (according to the kids - we never left the beach). Perfection! Great getaway - thanks so much!

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 month old. We have visited this location a few times. This was our 3rd time visiting Surg Condos specifically. We love the area as it's very family friendly and the local resturaunts are delicious! In the past we have gone through seashore realty, but this was a better experience. The place was very clean which was important to us. The Host was extremely helpful and responsive.*The only minor downside was the people above us seemed to be jumping off furniture most of the day and a good portion of the night. The fans would shake and the thumps were enough to shake the ceiling fans. This isn't something that doesn't much bother my husband and I, and I think the people above us were particularly rowdy. If that's something that bothers you, I would consider paying the extra for a top unit.10/10 recommend this unit and their hosts!

Beautiful Ocean View and Wonderful Accommodations

The condo is very well maintained and is very comfortable. The proximity to the ocean and the views from the balcony made our stay even more enjoyable.
