My wife and I spent two nights and had a fabulous time. The condo was exactly as advertised, very clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the decor which gave the vibe of upper west side Manhattan. Check in was super easy and a secure private parking lot was a bonus. The condo location made it very easy to walk to Niagara Falls state park or drive to the border crossing which was only a few blocks away. The views from the condo were amazing. The photos don’t do it justice. We watched the fireworks one night from the comfort of the living room. Great condo in a great location! Would definitely stay there again

Great location and great staff at check in. Layout of the condo was excellent. Unit is somewhat old and worn and could really use a deep cleaning. Bed was very nice and comfortable.

It was an amazing place. View from our condo, absolutely the best. Within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were helpful with everything.

Very impressed from the moment walking in. Very clean and staff very courteous. Had an issue with our heat around 9pm on the first evening. Staff quickly got us moved to an upgraded room. Great location with amazing views and a short walk to everything. We will definitely be planning another trip to this location.

Easy walk to Niagara Falls and over the Rainbow Bridge to Canada. The room was clean and as advertised. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus.

The hotel location was okay, and we were able to walk to nearby locations to eat and shop. We were able to walk to Canada (only about a mile), which was great. We did love the 13th floor view and nightly fireworks. We were, however, disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. The floors and window sills were dusty and dirty. The stove was not clean. The utensils and dishes were extremely sparse, and the cookware and sheet pan were not clean. Right after check-in, we notified the desk and asked for someone to clean while we were out for the day. When we returned, we were informed that service is not provided for the condo units. We never cooked during our stay and felt we would have been better off with a hotel room.

BETTER than expected!

Normally I mess up the booking of an place to stay on vacation. Imagine my delight when i turned the key to this spacious apartment fully decorated and stocked with everything you need. With a perfect view over looking the falls. It was perfect!

My wife and had a wonderful stay. The location of the property couldn't be any better with beautiful views of the park, rapids, and the Canadian Skyline. It was nice to come back from a day of sightseeing and soak in the jetted oversized tub. We had one issue with the garbage disposer that was clogged when we first used the sink. This issue was quickly resolved, and we had no further problems during our stay. The building staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we come back to the area.
