Cette belle 3 chambres 2. 5 salles de bain villa fait partie d'un bâtiment mitoyen 3 unité charmant situé dans la communauté fermée sécurisé de Février Point Resort et a été récemment rénové aux normes les plus élevées! Cette villa est l'une des rares dans le développement qui se vante d'avoir une belle plage de sable blanc à sa porte.
Il dispose d'un patio avec vue imprenable sur Elizabeth Harbor et Île Stocking couvert. Le niveau principal dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, avec un plan de salle de séjour / salle à manger ouverte, avec une demi-salle de bains et une marque nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse empilables. A l'étage supérieur il ya la chambre de maître avec un lit king size, grande salle de bains, une douche séparée et un double lavabo séparée spacieuse et un grand balcon donnant sur la plage. Les deux autres chambres disposent d'un lit queen et 2 lits doubles qui partagent une salle de bains.

La villa bénéficie également de luxes simples tels que la climatisation centrale, un accès Internet haut débit et la télévision par satellite. Les autres commodités incluent une piscine à débordement, un restaurant et bar au bord de l’eau, un centre de remise en forme, des courts de tennis, un spa, un port de plaisance et deux autres plages adjacentes à la villa, à explorer pour vous et votre famille.

Our stay was great. The descriptions were accurate and allowed us to have a great vacation. I was worried since there weren't beach chairs however there were chairs to use and there was a pool right next to the house which was a wonderful surprise!

Fantastic stay! The view from the villa was unbelievable! Morning coffee with the blue water was just what the Dr ordered !! Easy check in with a code made it seamless. The restaurant so close was great also!! Ting n ting was a great villa for our family.

We spent a week at this home with another couple and it was excellent. I’ve stayed at several properties in this neighborhood and I would definitely return to this one. We made meals every day and spent every day on the water. It’s a can’t miss for sure.!

The property is lovely, exceptional location being right on the seashore. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayaks to explore the coast. Our only niggle was the water pressure which was consistently very low - literally a dribble from the shower at times.

Spacious rental in February Point Beach Club! Clean, close to George Town, and activities. Property has access to 2 pools and a restaurant.

This has the perfect little beach out front and is right next to a pool. The paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition. Can’t wait to come back!

Christmas break

We had a wonderful time at Ting n’ Ting during our kids Christmas break . The location of February Point is perfect , close to Georgetown and also good access to area beaches . We highly recommend renting a car as there are man beautiful beaches that my boys loved exploring . We also rented a boat for two day which we also highly recommend to visit Da Sand Bar, Chat n’ Chill , and many fun snorkeling spots . We loved coming back to the condo every evening after a full day exploring Exuma . The beds are all very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed . Thanks for a fun break ! We hope to be back soon !

A Lower End Choice for February Point

This villa is located in beautiful February Point. The location is unparalleled, with water access right in February Point cove. However, compared to other properties at that location, this villa is does not compare. There is one master bedroom and two guest bedrooms as advertised. But the size of the bedrooms do not comfortably accommodate 6 people as the listing boasts. You could get away with 2 adults in the master and 4 small children (2 in each guest bedroom) or 4 adults total. The guest bedrooms are far too amall to have two geown adults aleeling in the same bed which is just barley bigger than a twin. There is also very little furniture upatairs so you're basically living out of a suitcase. And the 2 guests bedrooms share a bathroom. Our family of 6 moved to a different villa mid-trip and the owner refused to refund the unused days. There are far better options in February Point for comparable money. This would only be last choice if you had no other option in my opinion.

Dear guest, as mentioned previously, the villa is exactly as advertised online and in the photos, which is why you did not receive a refund. We have a standard king and 2 standard queen size beds as stated in our advertisement. There is nowhere online that we have advertised 3 king beds at this location.

Great for a family

This was our second time at this property. We had a great stay at Ting N Ting! The home’s location in February Point is ideal - close to grocery and Georgetown and Elizabeth Harbor, while feeling secluded within the Gated community of February Point. We loved the grassy yard, proximity to the community pool and the kayaks/paddle boards that we could use in the bay. We brought our own snorkel gear and saw so much sea life right out our door - Starfish, coral fish, sea turtles, even a sea urchin. If we go back to Exuma, we would definitely stay here again. We were a bit disappointed with February Point’s amenities. They seem to have let things go a little too much over the past year - the workout room was lacking, the landscaping wasn’t as pristine, the hot tub at the beach club was broken. Overall, the neighborhood doesn’t look like the website and we felt a little misled. However, the islands beautiful water makes up for that! Rent a boat, enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards, don’t forget your snorkel gear!

Phenomenal Location

We stayed at Ting N Ting for 9 days. It was our first time to Exuma and had a great trip. Definitely feel February Point is the best place to stay on Exuma and Ting N Ting is well situated in the community - easy walk to the gym or the Rusty Anchor and pool and the pool next door is a bonus. It has the great grassy area and beach and the views of Stocking Island are breath taking. It is an easy 20 minute walk to Georgetown to the liquor store and grocery store if you don't rent a car and a 10 minute boat ride to the same - again, fantastic location! The house had plenty of room for my family of 4. The lounge chairs, hammock, paddle boards, kayaks, floats etc make for an even better experience! The water taxi can pick up at the front door or you can leave a rented boat in the marina - again, fantastic. The only place we felt there is room for improvement was the cleanliness of the home and the function of the kitchen - surfaces were wiped but not totally clean and seemed the floors were swept but definitely not mopped. The stairs were not even swept. The kitchen is very poorly stocked. A total mis-match of a few pots and pans that were scattered throughout kitchen such that I had to search for the lids etc. There were also very few utensils and the juice glasses (only 6) each had the sticky residue from the labels on each that did not ever come off with washing. The cabinets were filthy - literal dust bunnies in them. We were very grateful and impressed with the property manager- super quick to respond and help - immediately delivered additional utensils and bath towels (we did not feel that 4 was sufficient for 9 days). Overall a fantastic spot that we would highly recommend but do hope the home would be better cleaned and some time spent re-organizing and stocking the kitchen after guests leave would be of value.
