Oceanfront Building With Great Ocean and Bay Views

Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, you don’t need to leave your balcony to watch the weekly fireworks in the summer
 and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)!!
Braemar Towers 309 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of the north tower, facing Northern Ocean City. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat-screen TV’s, 1 DVD player, and free WIFI. Access to a private beach locker is provided with this rental. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Limit of 6 people. Parking for 1 vehicle. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. CONTROL#0054767

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We'd stay here again if the owner replaced the twin and double mattresses as they were very uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is close to the trash pickup every day at 8AM. The floor is tiled echo prone. The toilets flush like an airport bathroom. On the porch the neighboring unit's A/C is extremely loud. Basic accommodations at best. And the elevator (one of two) was out of order.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a good place and worked well because we were all adults but probably not the best unit for a family. Arrived to a broken shower which was the tub so glad we didn’t have little kids that needed to be bathed. Also wasn’t sure how that bathroom was cleaned without working water. Was fixed two days later. Internet then went out due to the owner having misunderstood how WiFi works. One of us was planning to work from home so instead had to be off no pay. I was under the impression by booking direct you don’t get nickled and dimed but then had to pay a common area fee and then had to pay another fee if we wanted to park a second car in the lot. So for six people be aware you will only have one parking spot. Fitness room is pretty old. Management was on top of all of our issues very quickly and I was impressed with their responsiveness. For how expensive it was I would probably not rent here again.
