Come experience this brand new one of a kind home. Nestled in the trees of the quiet Norwood neighborhood. This home sits above the beautiful Alsea bay where you can watch the boaters fish and crab. Maybe see the clammers along the waters edge. If you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of one of the resident bald eagles that nest in the trees above. With views of the Bay and Ocean you will get unforgettable sunsets. Just a short drive down the hill will bring you to an easy beach access. Take a stroll or go have some dinner at Fresh Mexican restaurant, then hop over to Jillybeanz for some wonderful ice cream dessert. Whatever you decide, you will not be disappointed with this spacious well thought out home.

Such a great view of the bay and ocean. The house was very clean and had all that we needed. Communication with the owner/management company was so easy and fast. They were tremendous to work with!

Lovely house, wonderful views of the bay and ocean. Kitchen is well equipped, we cooked Thanksgiving dinner very successfully and enjoyed our meal at the big table. Kids liked the downstairs bonus room for watching movies. We will be back!

Beautiful home

The view out the widows was beautiful. The home was clean and very well put together. Love the washer and dryer. It came with everything you need for cooking and plenty of room. All the neighbors were nice and welcoming and even help us with know what trash can was for what. We had the best time and inly 4 minutes away from the beach. We loved our stay and cant wait to come back.
