Notre chalet est si proche de la plage que vous pouvez marcher là-bas pieds nus! C'est l'endroit idéal pour les célibataires ou les couples, un «get-away» pour toute occasion!
Nous sommes situés sur Hill Street, à 1 mile au sud de l'avenue Flager. Flagler a de grands restaurants, vie nocturne et fun shopping unique.
Pas de rues animées de traverser!
Nous proposons des vélos, des chaises de plage, des parapluies, des jouets de plage et des seaux pour la collecte de trésors.
Nous sommes également à pied ou à vélo la distance des marchés, les dépanneurs, les grands restaurants et beaucoup plus de shopping!
Pour une somme modique, vous pouvez également conduire sur la plage!
Stationnement sur place, entrée privée, utilisation de l'arrière-cour avec barbecue.
Location minimum de 2 nuits - maximum 2 semaines.

Nous aimons vivre à la plage!
Le sable blanc pulvérulent, en regardant le lever du soleil, la collecte des coquilles, l'embarquement de boogie, le pilotage de nos vélos sur la plage et assis dans l'eau en regardant les oiseaux sont certains de nos favoris.

Des croiseurs de plage sont à votre disposition pour explorer la région et faire la croisière sur la plage sur le sable dur pour les miles.

Great little cottage!

My daughter and I had a great stay at this little house by the beach. Everything was clean and cozy and nicely decorated! We appreciate Bill and Sandy’s hospitality and would totally come back and stay again! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Immaculate by the beach house

This place was so artfully decorated in beach motif and very comfortable. Bill & Sandy make sure you have all you need and are extremely nice hosts. No detail is overlooked. Lovely place/lovely people and sweet dogs as well.

Great location.

For two night stay very comfortable and had all we needed. Only suggestion would be bed needs replacing. Too worn and soft. Difficult for partner to sleep on.

Clean, close to beach

Everything about this home is what is advertised. However I did not care for the plastic mattress pad that made sleeping hot and uncomfortable. Air conditioner also turns off automatically when you are not moving.

On a quiet beach road, not much traffic. Cute backyard for relaxing. Owners were in the attached house the whole time but I only saw or heard them once. Bill was very reachable by text if you needed something. Kitchen/living room had lots of windows which for me made in cheery. Left lots of instructions where everything was

Beach escape

My husband and I felt like we found a secret treasure at Bill and Sandy’s place. It was super clean and excellent indoor air quality, which is super important to us. The place had everything and more to use for the beach, shower, and kitchen. And literally it took us 30 seconds to step onto the beach. Both days, we enjoyed sitting on the beach and taking walks. Also, we appreciated the special treats set out for us: chips, cookies, and a few drinks. Thank you so much for having us Bill and Sandy. Cute and Kitschy Beach Bungalow

What you see is what you get with this listing. This cottage is colorful and decorated with the beach in mind. It has everything you need for two people, including beach supplies and towels. It's just the right amount of space and is stocked with the necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. There is lots of natural light. The unit was very clean and smelled fresh! Access to the property is very easy. The owner responded promptly to questions. The very best part is how close this little gem is to the beach - just steps away and the beach area is large. It was a perfect space for a weekend get away for two.

Never Again

Too many do's & don't's and A/C issues. Could hear the residents coughing and talking and it felt as if we were being watched, but in the description it said we wouldn't even know they were there. Also, misleading as to proximity to the beach.

Wow! Too many do’s and don’ts? You should have taken a minute to read them because you didn’t follow a lot of them. Like putting the wet towels in the shower. A/c issue?? What issue? Yes the cottage is attached to our house and you might hear us but we will never be “watching you”. The one that gets me is the “misleading distance to the beach”. It’s 150 steps from the front of the house to the beach, a minute and a half walk. Some people are never happy!!! Please read our other reviews.

Cozy Beach Cottage

Bill & Sandy thought of everything! You don’t need to bring anything except your clothes, swimsuit, deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste. Cozy and very comfortable bed. I will stay here again.

Nice interior. Yard stunk like dog poop.

As VRBO property goes the location was great. The apartment was as advertised. The outside was a horror show. Clearly the owner doesnt pick up after their pet. That made it impossible to enjoy an otherwise cute yard. Trapped in the house. Wonkkie TV. If you need a great location on the beach, this is it. Just hold your nose and watch your step!

Wow, a horror show? Trapped in the house? Wonky tv? We have a 15 year old dog that is blind and deaf and we pick up after him all the time. He always goes in the grassy area away from the paths. The beach is just steps from the cottage. The tv is a 6 months old 46” Vizio. What a drama queen!

Great location, close to the beach and only a one mile walk up the beach to Flaglar Avenue. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful patio and garden. Unfortunately it was cool and rainy but we still had a great time. We hope to be back next year!!

Great location and condo with all you need!

The landlord greeted us upon arrival. He saw to it that we could use the combination properly on the door. There is a binder that furnishes the information you will need. The landlord was very responsive to our text. He puts his text number on the frig. We found the condo furnished very nicely for our visit. There is also a patio for sunshine and fresh air, and a shady table under the trees. The location is very convienent to groceries, restaurants and parks to the north and south.

This cottage is adorable. It was a short walk to the beach.

The owners has this cottage decorated in beach decor, very Key West ! They left snacks and drinks including Kurig coffee pods for us to enjoy. There were beach chairs, towels and boogy boards for us to use. A very nice surprise! We will be back.

We love to travel and explore! Some of our fondest memories have been when we've stayed in homes and cottages. We want our cottage to bring you the same type of memory!
Sandy grew up in New Smyrna Beach and Bill in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Some of our favorites in life are our children, family, our grandsons, football and soccer, classic movies and relaxing at the beach!
Sandy is a vegan. Bill is a pizzatarian.

Really nice neighborhood of family homes on a shell street. No condos nearby.
No busy streets to cross. We love living at the beach!
The powdery sand, watching the sunrise, collecting shells, boogie boarding, swimming, riding our bikes up and down the beach and sitting in the water watching the birds are some of our favorites.
