Twin Palms is a beautiful, meticulously maintained waterfront three-bedroom mid-century home loaded with amenities. You will find a tastefully furnished, artistically decorated space with a mix of antiques, modern furniture, and works of art throughout, along with all the conveniences of home.
Located in the beautiful Gulf Hills area of Ocean Springs - golfing, dining, boating, fishing, and much more await you. Only a short drive to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district, there you will find the numerous dining, shopping, and museums that make this town famous.
Beautiful Front Beach is less than ten minutes away and provides white sandy beaches and amazing sunrises/sunsets.
The spacious home provides a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook and serve meals. The dining area overlooks the beautiful bayou.
The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, dual ceiling fans, and you can walk out the French doors providing water views located on the back deck. There is also a dedicated workspace for those needing to work during their stay.
There are two guest bedrooms one has a Queen bed, and the other has two twin beds, and there are two full bathrooms, one on each level. One of the bathrooms has a combination tub/shower, the other has a large standalone tub and a luxurious walk-in tile shower.
The living room area has a flat-screen SmartTV and double French doors leading out to the back patio where you will find seating to relax in the Gulf breezes and a propane BBQ grill to cook meals.
Downstairs you will find a piano, wet bar, pool and foosball tables, a large flat-screen TV, classic board games, and a library of books.
High-speed fiber optic Wi-fi is provided throughout the home.
Twin Palms provides refreshing water views and a private dock if you decide to bring your boat. There is a public launch nearby - feel free to tie up your boat at our backyard dock. There is a boat lift that guests can use for smaller sized boats, but be aware that draft of the boat that can reach the pier may be dependent on the tides. You may have to wait until high tide to dock and depart.
We have ample parking on the property for vehicles and boat trailers. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway (none indoors).
***No more than eight guests are allowed on the property at any one time without prior permission. No parties or events. This is strictly enforced***
***Dogs only are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee that covers up to two well-behaved dogs for three-night stays or less. Please select that you will be bringing your dogs when making the reservation or we will send a payment request after booking***
