They were excellent and the house was great, pretty clean and great location with use if the resort. Just a wee bit high price wise but we would Definitely go again

The experience was great! There was bed sheets that were dirty and the beds were a little ruff but the overall experience was great !

Property was great pool was great and clean. Cleaners came in to clean during our visit which was not a problem, nice to know they keep up with maintenance. Will book again.

Great place!

Beautiful house and big enough to fit us all comfortably! Only downside was the grill, hadn’t been cleaned but everything else made up for it!

My family and I just had the best time stay at this home. It was close to everything, the pool was great. It was in walking distance to the resort amenities and beach. Nice and quiet at night.

Big house with a nice pool

It was our sixth year at North beach plantation and second time renting this property, overall we really enjoyed our family vacation, especially the well maintained pool!

Location is great. Quiet neighborhood. Access to pools and beach were convenient. We had 3 families staying together and the set up was perfect for us each to have privacy but also group time. Couches were uncomfortable and could use replaced. Beds were fine. Definitely could use a deep scrub in area but it didn’t bother us too much.

Recent stay

Great location. Very nice house, pool was great for kids. Liked the proximity to the beach. Only suggestion would be is that the beds were extremely firm a little to firm for our likings. But all in all great place, beautiful town will be back.

Great house. Loved the pool. The kitchen needed a few more cooking items, dish cloths, and maybe a drying mat or drainer for dishes. Otherwise was very pleased with the accommodations. Cleaning leaved a little to be desired but realize this was peak season and all cleaning crews are rushed.

We love the house and the location was very good. We had an issue with the television but we got it resolved. It was a little dusty and the dishwasher was dirty.but overall we had a great time.

Loved the pool!

House layout was nice. Tea enjoyed our stay. Some things needed. Plastic ware, bowls, etc needed.Lots of dead cockroaches. Refrigerator had some damage from previous renters. Need a fridge in the garage.

We’re always available during each stay and happy to help in real time. As for the bugs you mentioned, Palmetto Bugs are unfortunately very common in our coastal climate. This is noted both in our rental agreement, as we want guests to be aware ahead of time. Canam Cheer

The location was awesome. We were about 25 minutes from the convention center for our cheer competition. Right across from Barefoot Landing which was perfect for food and entertainment. The house was a perfect fit for our four families. 5ish minute walk to the beach. The hot tubs were amazing for a late night relax. The indoor pool at the Resort was a plus for after our girls performed.

North Beach Banyan 412

Loved the house. It was conveniently located close to all of the attractions and shopping. The check-in & check-out processes were quick. The minute I unlocked the door I could tell that it had been thoroughly cleaned. I had a minor issue that I called maintenance with after hours and they responded the next morning an hour before the auto reply the night prior had said they opened. The gentleman that they sent was friendly and resolved the issue quickly.
