We loved the house and the location! So much to do in the area and just a short walk to the pool area. So many great restaurants in the area also, and barefoot landing is so close! Would vacation there again!

Very Relaxing Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at the home. It was well kept, cozy and very accommodating with the resort amenities and beach access but felt so private and homey. Close access to everything in the area. I asked the family multiple times and we all agreed it was a great home and a great stay. One small suggestion, might be time for a carpet cleaning. Maybe a sign for guests to remove shoes as a reminder. Still rated 5 stars!

Comfortable / Beautiful Home

We have been staying on property every summer for over 10 years and this was our favorite stay. The house was clean, well appointed, beds comfortable, and we were close enough to the pools to walk. The grill was clean and ready to use and there was even an extra refrigerator in the garage - a huge plus for our family. We will definitely return.

Beach House

The property was great with good location to everything. House could use some deep cleaning and painting but would stay again here. We really enjoyed our trip just had to leave a night early due to son breaking leg on beach and had to take him to hospital for surgery.

House was great, only thing misleading was it was listed as a three bathroom and was actually two and a half. Other than that it was awesome and the location was great!

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay! We have spoken to Vrbo previously about how they list properties that have half baths. It is not how we input the description (or what we want) but rather how they choose to display them. As it was explained to us by them, at the very top of the page, they show half baths rounded up, but if you scroll right below that you will see that we provided the accurate information that the home is only 2 1/2 baths (we’re also sure to mention this twice in the description). We would come back to this house. It was great. Clean and the layout was perfect. The beds upstairs could be a little better cushioned, but other than that it was wonderful. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate. It was a very comfortable home. The location was great. The house could use some new non stick frying pans. A few beach chairs would have been nice. Overall I would give this home 5 stars. We hope to come back again.

The home was very nice in a great location. Disappointed with the management company. Never got the Wi-Fi to work. Needed password and emailed before the closing time and no answer. Finally was told to text maintenance. Did that and no response.

We’re so glad you enjoyed the home. Regarding the wifi, you emailed us on your arrival date asking for the wifi info. We’re sure to note in the check in instructions, and on the front of your check in envelope that you picked up from our office, that our 877 number is the one to text if you have any issues or questions. Our team that answers emails does not have access to wifi information which is why they reminded you a short 30 minutes later that you needed to text that number instead. You then didn’t email back and let us know that you needed further assistance until the day after you returned home. Obviously that made it impossible for us to assist you further. Regardless, I pulled our records to find out what happened as our team not responding is not the norm and is definitely not ok. As previously relayed to you, we did not receive a text or phone call from you so it appears that you inadvertently contacted the wrong number. We’re sorry you’re disappointed with us, but we’re not sure what else we could have done to assist you given the circumstances.

Trip Review

The house was perfect for our family and we had a great time. We appreciate the attentiveness and quick response to our couple issues... Broken toilet seat and ceiling fan. Perfect Getaway!

5 days after Hurricane Ian and the property was immaculate. The team worked endlessly to get the pool area up and running. It was a perfect Fall getaway.

Great Home Away From Home

This home was spotless and easy to keep clean as family came and went. The kitchen/family room/screened porch are breezy and easy to enjoy together without being in one-another's way. The kitchenware was the best assortment of tools and dishes we have ever had in a beach rental. We even hosted a baby shower and had plenty of beachy serving dishes. The separate "grill porch" right off of the kitchen was an unexpected treat.......smoke did not come in the house and little hands were away from hot metal. The propane canister had enough gas for several cook-outs during our week. That was a treat! The number of towels and bath cloths was great and the linen thread count was pampering. This house was just right for us and as always iTrip treated us well.
