Welcome to Beach Resort 403! Located just steps away from the sugar white sands of Miramar Beach with private beach service included! You will always have a spot on the beach with our complimentary beach chair and umbrella service (March-October).

Within close proximity to beach access and a large, extravagant pool area – complete with hot tub, water fountain, and a shallow end for the kids to enjoy - you will always enjoy time in the sun!

Some of the amenities in this complex include a seasonally heated HUGE pool (October - April), a washer/dryer in-unit, and a private balcony on the 4th floor with partial Gulf Views. This beautifully renovated condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, twin over twin bunk bed in the bunk room, and a queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. (Sleeps 6)

Beach Resort is a low-rise condo complex with only 64 units and has beautiful landscaping and walking paths.

The condo is within walking distance to local restaurants such as Captain Dave’s, Kenny D’s and Pompano Joe’s. Located on the pedestrian-friendly Scenic 98, you can enjoy the day riding your bike, taking in the scenery, swimming in the award winning pool or relaxing at the beach.

Fantastic property! Everything was as expected. Hosts were easily available, they responded quickly to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. This was our 2nd time staying at this resort and we love the location, beach access, private pool area (kids favorite and probably the best pool in the area), and of course the view from the room! We wouldn't hesitate to return in the future! Thank you Robert and Kourtney for sharing your space and making our stay fantastic!

The unit is well stocked, very clean and ease of walking to restaurants and the beach are excellent. We come to Miramar every year and will definitely be booking this property again.

Peaceful getaway

We loved our stay here. It was just like the pictures. The condo and resort were clean, hosts were very communicative. The pools were awesome for the kids, and it was a quick walk to the beach. We will definitely come back!

PERFECT!

This unit is the cleanest rental we have ever seen! Pretty much everything is provided! Loved that beach towels, beach toys were provided, when traveling with kids thats one less thing we need to bring. Plenty of towels! Unit is a great size, for 4 of us, with extra room!

Had A Wonderful Time

Booked this new listing and it was everything we expected and perfect for our family of 5. Robert and Kourtney were so easy to communicate with and were really helpful in providing a pack n play and high chair for our 15 month old. This rental had everything you needed kitchen wise and the little things go a long way - plenty of paper products, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods, shampoo, soap, etc. When flying that is such a huge relief we don't have to go back to the store. The unit was very clean and the pool, grounds, and beach service were all great. If coming back to Destin we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again!

VERY Clean Condo and Attention to Details

As you can tell by my title cleanliness is most important to me when reviewing a rental. This condo was exceptionally clean, new cookware, lots of matching dishware (not odds and ends like some rentals), the main bed was very comfortable with nice linens, extra pillows, liquid soap in bathrooms, extra paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you wanted to use it in both bathrooms, plenty of bathroom plush towels, even supplied beach/pool towels, extra kitchen dish soap and dishwasher detergent, and handy ziploc bags and aluminum foil. We did not need or use the bunk beds but they looked to be with the same linens. We had emailed back and forth a couple of times with questions and responses were quick. We are going to book this again next year!
