Play in the surf, grab lunch at one of several nearby beach restaurants and then head less than a mile either east or west for some epic shopping and entertainment at either of Destin’s two outdoor malls, Destin Commons or Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

POOL CLOSURE - The swimming pool is closed for temporary repairs at this time. Pool is scheduled to reopen in spring 2026 mid-March unless there are weather delays.
Pool will close again November 1, 2026 for permanent repair and will remain closed for approximately 16 weeks which will be approximately through the end of February 2027.

Amenities include: a pool, community room, fitness room, laundry, and tennis.
