Welcome to Seas The Day- a charming house in Harwich! This amazing vacation rental offers a peaceful retreat for guests. Centrally located on a cul- de -sac between Harwich Port and Harwich Center this family friendly home is 1.2 miles from the beach, shops, restaurants, and bike trail. This house has been fully updated and has central AC as well as ceiling fans in the 3 bedrooms. After a day of exploring the Cape, enjoy the spacious outdoor shower, relax on the deck overlooking wooded lots , watch JAWS in the comfortable screened in room, or sit on the back patio by the gas fire pit! Horseshoes, cornhole, and ring toss are available for your enjoyment. With 3 cozy bedrooms, including 1 queen bed and 2 twin in each bedroom everyone will find a nice spot to rest at the end of a fun filled day! The house also has keyless entry for your convenience. Sheets, towels, and beach towels are included as well as beach chairs. The weekly rental rate also includes trash and recycling fees as well as professional cleaning.(cleaning fee listed as Host fee)
When you arrive at the house a Welcome Book is provided to help you get settled and comfortable in our home. We have also included maps, brochures, restaurant suggestions, take out menus, Cape activities and more. A completely stocked spice cabinet is available for the chef! Your vacation rental awaits!

Best Family Getaway

We had such a positive experience working with Joanie and Tom. Check-in instructions were sent to us a few days before and the process was so easy. The house was perfect. It was such a great space and had everything we could possibly need. It was great knowing we wouldn’t need things should we rent again because the house included so much! We were able to walk into town for coffee and shopping and it was so close to the beaches. It made our first family vacation so memorable. We LOVED this house!

This property had everything to offer! Location is close to downtown Harwich and wonderful restaurants! This home was equipped with everything you would need to enjoy and relax at Cape Cod! Truly enjoyed our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. This was a terrific home that included everything we needed and it was very conveniently located. The hosts were great -- very welcoming, communicative, and easy to work with. Thank you, Joanie and Tom!

We have always loved Cape Cod and rented on the Lower Cape for 18 years, 15 of them in the same house! We looked forward to our vacation every year and couldn't wait to drive over the bridge. When we walked into that house we felt as though we were home. We were very fortunate 13 years ago when we were able to purchase this house. We have thoroughly enjoyed updating and decorating the house and spending family time here. Our three children worked here every summer throughout high school and college. We love going to the beach, biking and kayaking. After a fun day we like to head to the Port for oysters or to Big Rock Oyster Company to purchase some fresh lobsters or oysters to cook at home! We hope you enjoy this house and your time on the Cape as much as we do!

We chose Harwich for many reasons, the warmth of Nantucket Sound, the beaches, the fact that biking and kayaking are so close as well as the Outer Cape and the National Seashore which we love. Most importantly we also feel a real sense of community here. We have met the nicest people, and the area of Harwich/Harwich Port always seems to be improving. The Summer Stroll on Wednesdays is so fun as well as many other events and celebrations throughout the year!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We like the proximity to both Historic Harwich and Harwich Port centers. We are close to all that the centers have to offer, plus we are close to the beaches, bike trail, and conservation lands for walking, yet our street is quiet. Our home has a private backyard with lots of outdoor space including the screened in room which we think is a nice addition to the property. Our hope is that when guests enter the house, they immediately feel comfortable and relaxed and are excited to start their vacation!
