Casa Coram Deo was the name of a Luxury Ocean Front Home we owned in St. John in the Virgin Islands. We had amazing memories there with our family as did our guests. As our children have become young adults it is harder to travel to St Thomas and then catch a ferry to St John. So we made a family decision to sell St John and 1031 exchange a portion into Wrightsville Dunes. My husband grew up in Wilmington and and is where we married. So needless to say, it is a special place. After the purchase, we did a renovation to the property to update to a modern beach feel. Judy PIckett | Owner of Design Lines was the interior designer who picked all the tile, colors, light fixtures, rugs, furniture and the list goes on. She is the designer on all of our properties ranging from Beaver Creek Colorado to St John, Virgin Islands to Naples, Florida. We hope you and your family enjoy the property as much as our family does.
