Instruction on how to retrieve the keys needs up dating. Host needs to communication more when there are problems and check that we had managed to get in on arrival.Apartment good but a few concerns needs looking at, like the blinds in the bedrooms didn't go to the bottom of the window, holders in bathroom needed fixing securely to the wall, heating needed sorting and the door to the looby didnt shut so let a lot of cold in.

The apartment was very cold and the heating generally inadequate with poor insulation and drafty windows. Bright light from courtyard went on randomly and night and shone through windows in bedroom. Front door looked like it had been pushed in and the lock was hard to lock. The door did not seem to be very secure and anyone could have broken in

This is a perfectly adequate apartment. The beds were wonderful to sleep on--firm and comfy. The kitchen was also adequate as was the bathroom. There are a lot of things that could improve the apartment (like bedside tables, outlets or at least extension cords so you can have phones plugged in near beds, some lamps, etc.) But, you know, one doesn't travel to NYC to hang out in an apartment. If you are traveling to the city to go do things and you are looking for a safe place to crash at night, this apartment will do the trick.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. Exactly what we were looking for close to the subway, walking distance to local grocery store, restaurants. Clean, spacious rental. Would have liked to have had a few more items upon arrival, like additional toliet paper (only 1 roll for 6 adults) maybe a welcome basket with some coffee pods or a bottle of wine. Otherwise the place was just what we hoped for and wanted for our stay. Thanks so much!

Would definitely stay here again. More spacious then I even anticipated for a NYC apt and the street it was on always felt safe and was more quiet and calm.

Great location! Quite neighborhood, easy to get Uber. The apartment was perfect for us, three friends traveling for a girls weekend. The host was quick to respond to questions and gave clear instructions on getting in. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time at this location! The space is very cozy and suited my group of 8! The apartment had games like jenga to enjoy as well as a huge tv! Parking on the street and a garage conveniently located feet away! Neighborhood was beautiful, we enjoyed a stroll around a few blocks and found countless places to eat, shop and grab a drink.

Quite spacious, clean and safe. Convenient parking garage literally across the street. A lot of options for food within a couple blocks. Subway is only a few blocks away. Will definitely stay here again.

This was such a wonderful stay! There was 7 of us in Luis’s vrbo and it fit us great! Each room was clean and had cute photos of the city hanging on the walls. It was also in a good location! We all felt safe and there great bars / restaurants near by. Would definitely rent again! Thank you

Had to book the day before our trip due to another VRBO never confirming our reservation after a week. Excellent communication - they made it happen quickly and even sent a great video on how to get the key and check in. The place is very clean and updated. New split unit air conditioners in each space so everyone had control over temperature. Plenty of towels and linens and kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Even the pull out couch bed in the living room was very comfortable - everyone had their own space to spread out for about the same nightly cost of a decent, small, single hotel room with two double beds. Great neighborhood with parking across the street, grocery store around the corner and an unbelievable amount of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Felt safe, even at night and locked courtyard area was a nice bonus. Great location for easy access to the all of the city. This is the real deal. We have already recommended to others and this will be our go-to when we return to the city.

For what it's worth, it was ok. It is small but comfortable. So close to everything, restaurants, stores, etc. Everything within walking distance. For us, the main complaint is that whoever was upstairs, whether it was a tenant or a guest, had a small child. Both mornings, this child was up at 6:45 in the morning , running and jumping around. We heard every step. Also, the AC in the middle bedroom was leaking water. Just a few minor things.

Great value

This is a lovely, basic property with all the necessities in a great location. I really appreciated how easy it was to reach the host, who was always very accommodating of our requests. We felt very pleased with selecting this unit for our trip. Loved how convenient it was for walking (to Times Square, Bryant Park, Grand Central Station) and using the subway to get to Upper East Side, SoHo, Canal Street and Wall Street. There are lots of great stops for food in the area and several in our group enjoyed renting and riding bikes in the area. Highly recommend if you are ok with the bare necessities and a convenient location.

Very clean and cozy! Very comfortable beds and nice bedding! It was really nice to have a living area and a kitchen and for us all to have our own bedroom! Every room had its own chest of drawers and a full-size mirror on the back of the door, which was helpful in getting ready. We found the location to be convenient! The air-conditioning was great and each room had its own unit which allowed for different temperature preferences! One of the rooms was a little bright at night due to a light out in the courtyard so I would bring a sleep mask! There were coverings on all the windows, but not blackout coverings. Would book again!

Perfect for NYU Graduation

Great location with restaurants and subway stops within a couple of blocks. Felt very safe. Was only about a 15 minute walk to Union Square. Communication with the property was great. Beds were comfortable.

Great Spot and Host

Really good location & access to public transit. Great place to stay with a large group - It was clean, kitchen & living room were great, and came in handy once we put kids down. Not great outdoor space, but that’s okay because we spent most our time visiting the city. Host communicated well, checkin / checkout was easy.
