Host, Rhonda, was very helpful, responsive and kind! Property was neat, clean and convenient without being in the busiest part of Nashville. Would absolutely rebook if visiting Nashville again.

Such a perfect setup. Short drive from the airport and a nice neighborhood! The needs were comfortable and we had everything we needed! Hosts were so helpful and available the whole time! We will definitely return to this place in the future!!!

The neighborhood was so nice safe and quiet. The townhouse was brand new styled smelled new, all amenities are there you literally only need to bring food and clothes. It was super easy to get in and eat take care of, my doggy was on his best behavior and so cozy in front the fireplace. I hope we left it just the way the host likes it! Thank you for a great experience.

The thermostat was programmed to go to 75 at night- making it difficult to sleep. The place was very clean and met our needs. The main TV had no local channels and to watch any TV, you had to log into your own personal accounts.

Place was clean. No frills. A haphazard bunch of finishes and decor reminding me of an apartment “landlord special.” We were there to sleep and shower; didn’t explore the kitchen. Beds were fine (seemed like one king, one queen, one double—sizes weren’t described in the listing—but maybe it was two doubles? The main bedroom was decent sized while the others were pretty small, couldn’t open the door entirely in one. Closets in each. Off street parking was convenient, with access from sliding door. One of three bathrooms had hand soap. The shower toiletries were empty or removed. No hand towels or even holders for them. Easy to enter and communicate with host. Quiet place to sleep, convenient to our events and friends.
