It’s located in the renowned Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana Dominican Republic with Three Championship Golf courses & a World Class Shooting center. The Villas prime location gives you beautiful views to lay back in some daybed & lose yourself in the beauty of ocean view in the horizon. Villa Paulina has wrap around balconies in a 2 story house with 6 bedrooms & 6 full bathrooms with 3 half bathrooms throughout. Each room has its own bathroom & 3 rooms have 3 inside showers & 3 outside showers. This high ceiling spacious Villa can accommodate a group of 16+ guests. You can enjoy a breezy time in an immense 60ft X 20ft pool & a heated jacuzzi or just soaking up the sun & view. At night Villa Paulina comes to life watching a beautiful sunset. Surrounded by lighted water fountains and gardens. Or you can venture to explore the trails throughout the complex and all the amenities the resort has to offer. Everything is minutes away walking, by car or golf cart. Casa de Campo has its own beach Playa Minitas with pool , restaurants, beach yoga & rental water activities. The Marina has shops & Award Winning Restaurants. There is something to do for everyone tennis, shooting, horseback riding, polo equestrian center, Wellness Spa & Gym with yoga & pilates classes. At night the Hotel has live music & Altos de Chavon has Restaurants & Pubs. You can rent a Catamaran and enjoy a day in a beautiful secluded beach.
All the Resort activities (golf, spa, shooting center, gym, boats ) & Restaurants are extra and have to be paid by the Renters.

Villa personnel will be available to make your stay more enjoyable by doing housekeeping & cooking your different meals requested by renters. Villa is equipped with linens, soap, towels, detergent and kitchen supplies. Renters must purchase their own food & beverages. Purchasing the food before arrival can be arranged at renters expense.
* During Thanksgiving rates are $2500.00 a night.
* During Christmas & New Years minimum stay are 8 nights. Christmas & New Years rates are $5500.00 a night.

The SPACE
This open space Villa in construction is 10,200 square feet on 1 acre lot: 6 bedrooms, 5 rooms with King Beds, 1 Room with 2 Queen beds. Each room has a private bathroom & Closets. In the 1st Level 2 bedrooms with inside & outside showers. The 2nd Level 3 bedrooms 1 has shower & huge bath with a lovely view, the main room has an inside, outside shower & jacuzzi with a view and the other room has a shower. The 3rd Lower Level has 1 bedroom with a shower and access to the gardens. The bedrooms have AC units & ceiling fans.

The Villa has an underground wine cellar with sitting area, a half bathroom, bar & pool table.

In the Villas wrap around porches there are many different sitting areas & eating areas.

**Not included is a $25 resort fee per adult per day charged by Casa de Campo for the use of amenities. $12 per child per day age
4-12.**

Suggested tipping is $25-35 dollars a day per staff member.

DAMAGE & INCIDENTALS

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Please treat the house with respect.
