View of the beach was absolutely GORGEOUS! Condo was exactly as pictured, beds were all very comfortable. Plenty of outdoor seating on the balcony, which made it really nice. Plus big sliding doors we could leave open to hear the ocean. Pool area and walkway to the beach were well maintained and very clean. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone. The complex is small so beachfront availability was great and the pool was usually empty. Carts were available to help get your luggage up to your condo so that was a huge plus. Plenty of parking and we were super close to everything in the area - we had a WONDERFUL stay!

Overall the stay was good. The elevator was broken down the majority of our stay. Walking up and down 8 flights of stairs with a toddler was not a fun experience.

There was an issue with the elevator that was not reported to the owners until after the fact. A new part was installed and the elevator is up and running with no issues. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Great stay

We always try to stay at smaller properties and this one was perfect! Zero complaints! The mattress in the master was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Would definitely stay again.

The balcony had a direct view of the ocean, we spent every morning and evening out there! Great location on the west end of OB, it's a little quieter. Appreciated the sofa and loveseat quality, they were comfortable. Never heard any noises from neighbors or outside while in the condo.Building is older and a bit run down, but that is not the hosts fault. The condo could use a deep clean, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawer fronts were dirty plus crumbs in the kitchen drawers. Floors and other surfaces were clean though. One toilet was difficult to flush. The king bed was hard, but I know some prefer that.

Enjoyed the week immensely! The view is amazing. The smaller condo complex kept the crowd smaller and easier to negotiate. The only suggestion we have is to have extra wash cloths for the bathrooms.

Overall great property, but for the money, should have been better. Certain appliances didn't work as they should. However, great view. Easy check-in and check-out process. Able to check-in early with help from the owner. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly. Absolutely recommend this property and will consider a repeat stay.

Overall the condo was lovely. The view was great. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of room in living room, bed room and vanity area of bathroom. The shower room was a bit small. The toilet/shower room is very small. If you’re claustrophobic. The kitchen was decent size with icemaker. I was a little disappointed the kitchen only had dish washer soap. No Dawn to hand wash anything. The unit did come with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If I was staying there I would have obviously brought those items but not dish soap. It also didn’t have hand soap at kitchen sink. Only a small bar in bathroom.

It is stated in the property description all of what is provided. Sorry that liquid dish soap is not provided. I will inquire with my housekeeping about getting that for the condo.

As soon as we walked in we knew that this was going to be a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and well taken care of. It was very spacious and was also in a great location. The balcony was very large and the view of the beach and ocean was magnificent.
