Second floor: 3 bedrooms (queen, queen, 2 twins) with full shared bath.

Third floor: master king suite with full bath and walk-in closet. View of the harbor area from the private balcony.

A great spot for larger groups, 9th and 10th guests at $100 each (futon in LR).

This cottage is a shared building, with owners residence in the rear (separate street entry).

Off street parking for two midsize cars.

Weekly Saturday-Saturday bookings preferred.

Rates include the cost of normal departure cleaning.

All houses are fully equipped, including linens and dishes. No pets, no smoking anywhere on this property.
Refundable security deposit, 9% Maine State Sales Tax and a $25 nonrefundable booking fee are not included in the rental rates shown.
