This home was just beautiful and larger than it looks in the photos. We found everything we could need. We could walk to shops, restaurants, the Bar Island path, shore path, whale boats, island shuttle, etc. With 3 balconies, there was always a place to sit in the sun and watch the town or read. I slept so soundly in the king bed. Can’t say enough!

It was the perfect place for our Bar Harbor getaway! Excellent location and the home was beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

This property is in a perfect location just outside of town, within walking distance to shops and favorite restaurants. While there is a bit of foot and vehicle traffic on the street, it is never loud. You will most likely wake up to the sounds of a ship horn or birds - any passing weather systems will provide you the perfect white noise of wind and rain.The house itself is very spacious and bright - 2 full bathrooms and a half bath are a real plus. The first floor is a wide open plan, warm and relaxing. In addition, you have a private porch and deck on both levels, and parking for 2 vehicles if needed; Personally for me, the best combination of what you could want and need. Definitely plan to stay here again.

Great Place

Our family of 6 stayed here for our trip Acadia and Bar Harbor. The house was very clean and well appointed. The location right next to the harbor can't be beat. If/when we go back, we'll be looking to stay here again!

Girls week in Bar Harbor

Very nice accommodations. So close to all the restaurants and shopping and a 5 minute walk to get the sand bar to Bar Island. We really enjoyed our week. Thank you.

Amazing Bar Harbor stay

This was our first time in Bar Harbor, first time in Maine - we loved the home!! It was very clean and comfortable, the owners really do a great job with simple but comfortable decor. Made us feel right at home!! We loved the porch on the second floor and appreciated having the fans. The weather was great - we had warm days so having the fans in the home made it for even more comfortable moments the times we were there. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us - we look forward to our next visit!!

It was perfect

The house is just beautiful and the location is excellent. There is very little traffic on the street but it’s located less than a block away from restaurants and shops. We would love to stay there again when we visit in the future. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.
