Welcome to our newly renovated home, which includes all brand new furniture. Our home features 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a smart TV to enjoy. Here we have included an incredible game room which includes a foosball table, giant connect 4, wall mount ring game, mini basketball setup, Pac-Man arcades and a small movie theater to enjoy! The backyard includes a covered patio with fire pit and corn hole to play!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was super clean and the game room was a hit with our family. Host was great and responsive.

Everything was great! The place was clean and looked recently updated. The kids were occupied by the games in the basement and the adults enjoyed the coffee bar.

Josh’s place is fantastic. Great location, comfortable beds, very clean and fabulous amenities (fire pit, game room, lots of space). Perfect for a reunion weekend! Highly recommend.

Pleasant stay!

Clean comfortable property. Newly renovated. Updated bathrooms, great water pressure for showers, clean kitchen, big fridge. Loved the moon lights! We were there for an Arvada wedding and the location was great!!

great place! we would definitely recommend/stay again :) it was clean and organized and more than spacious for us 6 gals. nice bathrooms, kitchen, and the theater space/backyard was fun.the location was easy for us to get to down town denver and red rocks amphitheater etc without being in all the crazyplenty of casual food/bars nearby and a walmart for easy groceriesschool house kitchen, denver beer co, avarda beer garden all fun too!

Great Spot for Families

We were only here for 2 nights but loved this property. We wish we could have stayed longer. Very nice updates throughout our the property inside and out. Our teens loved the movie and gaming areas. Great location with easy access to downtown Denver or the very cool old town Arvada. Highly recommended!

The perfect Easter weekend stay for our family!

After a bit of a snafu getting into the property, we were thrilled with our stay and with the property. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed in bright yellow and classy gray. The beds, pillows, & linens are luxuriously comfortable. All of the decor is delightful, comfortable and welcoming. The game room basement is fantastic, and our family enjoyed it thoroughly! Our favorite spot was the adorable backyard, strung with lights for cozy evening gatherings. Please be aware that it is missing a few essential amenities. There are no baking dishes or cookie sheets. No mixing bowls or large pots for family cooking. Not a big deal for us, I just ran across to Walmart and got some disposable baking pans. We will definitely be booking this property again and again!
