Property Layout & Privacy

Lazy River Vacation is a duplex-style home featuring two completely separate residences, one on each level. Each has its own private entrance, connected by a shared outdoor stairway.

The entire estate is proudly owned and operated by The Royal Company SD, Inc., ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and guest experience.

The second-floor home is not available for rent and serves solely as storage and staff housing to support maintenance of our signature Lazy River pool. This one-of-a-kind heated and cooled system operates much like an amusement park feature. We also offer an additional space located on the 2nd floor for your use only. Message us for more information.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the third-floor residence, Lazy River pool, outdoor kitchen island, dock, hot tub, observation deck, private parking, and all featured amenities throughout their stay.

Your privacy and comfort are always our top priorities. Experience total relaxation, Lazy River style.

The property is monitored by exterior cameras for safety; none are directed inside the home or on the 3rd floor.

Please Note: This is a lovingly maintained home and a work in progress. While you may see some neatly stored construction materials on-site, there are no active projects during guest stays. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
