Bright and beachy 2 Bed/1 Bath 2nd floor duplex unit in the best location on Siesta Key! Great for small families, romantic getaways, or just some close friends.
NEW SWIMMING POOL AND SPA INSTALLED AUGUST 2024.
Steps away from beautiful white sand Siesta Key beach! Beach access #8 is just across Beach Rd. Short walk to the Siesta Key Village for shops, restaurants and nightlife! Central location, close to everything!!!
Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower. There is free stackable laundry inside the unit. Private second floor deck and a spacious backyard shared with the lower apartment.
Guests will have access to the second floor unit of this property. The parking, pool, spa, backyard, backyard patio furniture, outdoor shower/foot wash and grill are shared by guests in both the upper and lower rental units.
Property is located across Beach Road from public beach access #8. It is about a 5-minute walk on a sandy foot path through beach grasses right to the white sand beach and gulf waters.
The home is located in a residential area with single family homes, multi-family homes, and smaller condo complexes. You are steps away from white sands of the Siesta Key Beach! Siesta Key sand is 99% quartz, which means that it is always silky in texture and cool to the touch even during the hottest summer day.
The beaches here are the widest on the island. The water is shallow, clear and calm, perfect for small children, wading and relaxing. It is an area where you will find many locals and families. This area of the beach does not have lifeguards.
Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway in front of the home. Once on island, relax - no vehicle is needed! It is a short 10-minute stroll to the North Siesta Key Village with shops, restaurants, ice cream and night life.
A Siesta Key Breeze Trolley stop is located steps away at the corner of Plaza des las Palmas and Beach Rd. The free, open-air trolley is the leisurely way to travel between Siesta Key Village and Turtle Beach. The trolley operates 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm.
This property is a duplex and consists of a lower 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit and an upper 2 bedroom/ 1 bath unit. The units are not connected. The upper unit is accessed by a wood stairwell at the rear of the property.
We do not provide baby items such as cribs, high chairs, baby gates, bathing tubs or any other items needed for families with little ones. There are several rental companies located near Siesta Key that rent these items. All items are delivered directly to and picked up from your vacation rental.
