The space
A retreat in the heart of Mattituck, where every detail has been carefully curated in and out. Our newly constructed home is not just a house; it's a place we designed for comfort, relaxation and long lasting memories.

Upon arriving, you will be greeted by manicured landscaping and a porch with seating perfect for a morning coffee.

Around back, a resort style heated saltwater pool with chaise lounges invite you to bask in the sun. Surrounded by 1.5 Acres of plush nature and a sprawling lawn perfect for any activity.

Facing due west, sunsets are immensely satisfying from the Adirondack Chairs or the outdoor living area. Fire up the Weber BBQ Grill or try your hand at the Solo Pizza Oven, creating culinary delights to be savored during any season.

For the sports enthusiasts, the adjustable basketball net in the driveway, a host of sports equipment and (2 adult and one child) bicycles promises hours of fun. Entertainment options abound with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and Prime, ensuring there's something for everyone.

The chef's kitchen boasts a 6-burner stove and flattop griddle, double oven, wine fridge for all your North Fork vineyard goodies and a dishwasher for ease.
