This was the perfect spot for our family’s trip to Pagosa Springs. We could easily step out of our back door and head straight to the river to swim and float with friends. The balcony provided a lovely view, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. Plus, the Riverwalk trail was very close by, so we could checkout the town or explore shops and restaurants. The condo was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable.

This place is every bit is nice as it appears in the pictures, if not more so. Rokus on the televisions is a nice touch. The kitchen is well supplied, and there are a lot of items already in the pantry too. Excellent value.

Property was beautiful. House was comfortable and clean. Location was great for everything. Amazing views. Enjoyed the porches. This is an annual trip for us and we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

This place was excellent, fully stocked with just about anything needed. Communication, excellent. For the price & location on the river, you just can’t beat it. By far one of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed at. Well done!

We loved the condo! And loved having access to the outside from the downstairs bedroom. It was nice to walk directly to the river and to look out and enjoy watching the deer. The condo was just as pictured, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We will stay here again if in the area.

Comfortable and great location

Stayed one week for Wolf Creek ski vacation. Having a garage is great for storing ski gear and not scraping ice from vehicles. Location great for Hot Springs and downtown Pagosa. Very comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse.

Best of Both Worlds

The condo seems pretty new and it’s in a perfect location for the 4th of July activities. There are walking trails to the river, springs and to town. This is really helpful because of the limited parking in town. We would definitely stay here again.
