Perfect View at the Beach

This condo is perfectly located to view the ocean and a short walk to the clubhouse. The condo was the perfect size for our group for a family vacation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Infiniti pool with bar and restaurant was so amazingly relaxing for the adults to enjoy some fun time.

Our stay at Point West in Galveston was terrible, My wife and I got stuck in the elevator for an hour and had to call 911 to be rescued. The elevator quit working 3 days out of the 6 day stay. Not a very welcome experience. I would never stay there again and avoid that place totally!!

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry parts of the stay disappointed you. We do advise all guests in our listings and receipts that elevators are not to be relied upon due to the unexpected, which in this case was a part that had to repaired by a certified elevator company. Proper action was taken by the community manager to rectify as quickly as possible. We had a great time! Had some power issues because of the tropical storm but the host was very communicative and quickly responded to any questions or any issues we had. Would recommend!
