One guest room has a king bed and features a private balcony over looking the ocean, as well as a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The third guest room has a queen bed, twin bunks, a flat screen TV, desk area, ocean views and has access to a hall bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower.

Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.
