Guests will love playing sand volleyball in the backyard, cooling off in the pool, and visiting the beachâonly a 1-minute walk away!
A charming screened-in front porch with 2 rocking chairs greets guests upon arrival at this pet-friendly home. On the first level, luxe beach-inspired dĂ©cor creates a soft and serene atmosphere. The living space features a slip-covered sectional for relaxing with the group, while a 65â Smart TV makes entertainment effortless. Cooking is a delight in the vast kitchen, boasting high-end appliances, an open layout, and an enormous 6-stool breakfast barâperfect for brunch or post-swim snacks! Enjoy meals of fresh seafood in the picturesque dining nook with an 8-person table. The back screened-in porch, furnished with a 4-person high-top table, 4 Adirondack chairs, and a cushioned porch swing, is the ultimate spot for sunset cocktails or a tranquil afternoon. Outside, find an idyllic setting for savoring the sunshine with a 4-person patio table, grill, sun loungers, a sparkling private pool, outdoor shower, and a sand volleyball court!
The second floor hosts the inviting sleeping accommodations, including the primary bedroom with a plush king bed, private bathroom, loveseat, desk, Smart TV, and private balcony with a 2-person bistro set facing the Gulf. There are 3 guest bedrooms, with the first bedroom featuring a king bed and a private bathroom. The final 2 bedrooms both have queen beds. This level also has a laundry room for easily refreshing swimsuits and beach towels.

*This home is pet-friendly for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200, plus tax, and contingent on owner approval for any pet over 40 lbs.
*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
*Per the HOA, this home does not allow boat parking in the neighborhood, but jetskis can be stored in the garage as long as they fit. If you need to store a boat on your vacation it is recommended that you call StoragePup, Bayou RV and Storage, and/or Boat Yard Storage to make arrangements prior to your arrival.
