New beachfront home in a quiet, gated community where you can relax and unwind on the white sand beach while your kids splash in the water all just steps from your back porch. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen or grab lunch/dinner in one of the many quaint establishments in Port St. Joe. Experience unforgettable sunsets every night right on your back porch.

Paradise Palms has 4 king suites and 4 bunk loft area with 4.5 bathrooms and is located in the gated community with 2 pools, trails, playground and town shopping center.

We have vacationed at Windmark for the past 5 years and this is the nicest house we have ever stayed in. Everything is new, the house is comfortably furnished- inside and outside, it has all the nice amenities, and has plenty of room for a large group of 12 people to spread out. Having the 3 oceanfront master suites with king beds was really enjoyed by the 3 couples in our group. The beachfront location has great views from all the waterfront outdoor decks. We really appreciated having all the little extras such as nice beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, and multiple convenient water hose locations to wash off the sand. Also having the bicycles is a nice perk. The owners are very responsive and promptly replied to all our questions. We will definitely be renting Paradise Palms again!

We loved our stay at paradise palms! Wonderful views and enough space beds for all to sleep comfortably! Easy walk to the beach! Love windmark beach have been going for 14 yrs but this was our first stay at paradise palms and don’t think it will be our last

I can’t say enough about your beautiful home, DeLana
.the beautiful decorations, the decks with amazing views, the fishing docks, and the pool right on the bay. We’ve rented many homes in this area and yours is definitely top of the list. We really appreciated your quick response with a new grill and new bikes too. The location of your home is perfect. We enjoyed the sunset and then the full moon shimmering on the bay every evening. Thank you for making our vacation with our kids and grandkids so memorable. We hope to return again soon!

Beautiful home and view

We enjoyed our stay and wish we could have been there longer. This home is gorgeous and has everything needed. The bed was comfortable and the house was well equipped. The views were beautiful, we enjoyed the sunset most nights sitting on the deck. There is ample outdoor seating amd we saw dolphins and lots of birds. The neighborhood is quiet and sitting outside was peaceful.

Amazing week!

The house was beautiful and the views of the sunsets were amazing! Our group had 11 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. A short walk to the pool or the property has bikes to ride. The owner was so easy to deal with and answered questions almost immediately. Our whole group would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and secluded!

The house was absolutely beautiful! We had two families, each of us have 4 kids, and there was plenty of room! We loved being tucked back in there, where it was nice and quiet. The beach front access was by far the best feature for us. With so many little ones, that was an item that was at the top of our list. The owners were easy to contact and so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous beach house

We discovered Port St. Joe's last summer and decided to return in April. Both mid August and late April were fantastic - great weather and NO CROWDS. The house is amazing with fantastic views and porches. Comfortable deck furniture. Note that there is a stone wall between a short beach and the water. That was not an issue for us since we don't go in the water but if you had kids who wanted to go in, you'd have to walk or ride down a bit on the beach past the rocks. I'm assuming they are there due to beach erosion. Gorgeous views of the ocean, pier close by, sunsets. We did not see any dolphins but saw swimmers, paddle boarders and a good number of boats. A definite 10 out of 10.

Spring Break 2024 was Awesome!

This was our first time visiting Windmark Beach and St. Port Joe, FL. We had a great visit, the home was beautiful and fit our family and the family of our friends who were traveling with us perfectly. The bikes that were available with the house were perfect for our kiddos to travel through the neighborhood and back and forth to the pool and beach. This is a low stress, high fun vacation spot. I would highly recommend renting this home. The homeowners were quick to answer any questions and were wonderful to work with - Thanks for sharing your home with our crew.

Nothing short of amazing

This house, the location, and the interactions with the owner were all 5-star outstanding. Situated right on the water, multiple decks, you’re never not looking at the water. Local bars/restaurants & grocery are super convenient, and the owners were terrific & responsive. The house itself is perfectly set-up for large families or friend groups and has everything you need for a great stay (even beach toys, chairs, umbrella, bikes, etc). Absolutely will be coming back and highly recommend this property. BTW - if you rent this home (or are just in the PSJ area), the pizza and service at Bruno’s Pizza in Windmark are outstanding).

FL vacation

My family and some friends came over from TX to visit the Pt St Joe area. This house was beautiful. Location was awesome. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets while we ate out on the balcony. Location was convenient to town and the boat rental -Only thing that bothered us was the beach was getting stone put out for beach restoration. Our kids had hoped to be able to play in the sand but the construction equipment traveling back and forth made it too dangerous. Enjoyed everything about the house though and definitely made us wish we had planned to stay longer.
