The Galvestonian is a beautiful property and love it has on site management. The condo was super clean and the bed very comfortable, Beautiful view. the only drawback was the very small bathroom. Overall it is a great place and would probably stay there again.

The resort never disappoints

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Galvestonian. It is always a great spot. Our room this time wasn't great in terms of its quality but the overall experience was still good. The room smelled like a wet towel left in your washer overnight any time the AC ran and you could smell it every time we came into the room which indicates they need to clean the actual air intake (not just replace filter), the bedroom doors wouldn't close, and the living room TV had a line down the center as if someone hit it in the past. Even with all of that being said, the layout of the room allows for the additional more secluded balcony where we spent a Great deal of time and that spot is awesome. The pickle ball courts are also very fun and the beach is still great.

Long weekend and The Galvestonian

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and I could tell this was a well-run operation. The efficient and professional woman at the front desk quickly gave us our keys, wristbands, a list of do's and dont's and we were off to the elevators.Room 1106 was clean and tastefully appointed with two TV's and the usual kitchen appliances. There was even a small dishwasher - no soap however. The condo obviously has been kept updated with cabinets, a very nice stereo/AV system, and comfortable furniture and bed.We were only driving 20 miles for a long weekend "staycation" with family and friends in Galveston and this made an excellent home base. I highly recommend 1106 and will stay here again when the opportunity arises.
