3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy all property amenities and will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival.

*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Fishing is permitted at pier with purchased license.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



The Neighborhood:

Lovely gated and quiet community Waterway Landing located directly on the intracoastal waterway. Our complex has a waterfront grill and picnic area right downstairs from the condo as well as a private pool with sun loungers just for Waterway Landing guests. The beach is a short 5 minute drive from the condo, with parking available for a small fee (around $3/hour).



Getting Around:

Amazing central location in the heart of North Myrtle Beach with free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.
