It is just so beautiful and very comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book this property again.

The code I was given at check in was not correct. The company was not available by phone, finally responded to a message after some time passed while trying to enter the room at 9:30pm. There are limited pots & pans, was left with no dishwashing pods or liquids. There are also no bath mats in any of the bathrooms, so that was a fall hazard. Overall, the listing was as expected but do no plan to stay here again.

We also appreciate you bringing the limited cookware, missing dishwashing supplies, and lack of bath mats to our attention. We did have an enjoyable stay. There were a few things we had a more positive experience than others. The location was ideal. Not busy, great spots for the beach when we went, and the waterway was fun to watch the jet skis and boats. A few things we were a little let down about was the 3rd floor information is not very apparent when booking. The main bedrooms bed is not comfortable at all. It feels like a pull out bed, and the curtain as a wall isn’t ideal either. The pans that are provided are low quality, if you are preparing to cook bring your own nice pans. And the only other thing we had happen was the woman underneath complained about our boys running and making too much noise at 7pm when we were playing a family game of charades. But we did enjoy our stay and the unit was clean and has lots of storage space for personal items during the stay which was nice.

Very Nice Place Great Communication Realty Company

It as a great little Unit One thing we were both disappointed in revisiting the listing. About 3/4 of the way down the listing we read 3rd floor not elevators. We both have asthma and over 60. Lets just say it was a little taxing. Need to be more forthcoming with that information. Bring your own Toilet paper Paper towels which we did and then found there was some in the unit.

This was a great, quiet place to stay with a small family on the waterway

We had a relaxing vacation here at this condo! We stayed July 22-27, 2024 (my husband and I plus our 9 year old son). We liked it so much we wanted to stay another night but it was booked, so we went to another condo on the beach for our last night of vacation (it sure wasn't as quiet & relaxing as this one though). We loved the quietness of the complex, the comfortable bedrooms, the pool and hot tub were great (even though it wasn't really a place to cool off since it was so hot outside LOL). We spent alot of time out on the enclosed porch watching the waterway. The steps weren't too bad, even with all our luggage we took small breaks and made it up just fine, no problems. They weren't too steep and there wasn't alot of them at once. We had a little issue with the parking pass and we got a warning in the parking lot, but we got it taken care of very soon. The condo was well worth the price, we'd definitely stay again!
