Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I write nearly the same review every year, but it’s still true that Destin Gulfgate is the absolute best vacation spot. Every unit has the same stunning view, but it’s a little sweeter from the top floor! Unit 1105 did not disappoint in any way. And the staff at Gulfgate are second to none. Always professional, friendly, and super helpful. I’m very picky about cleanliness, and we have never had an issue with Gulfgate. We’ve stayed in three different units over the years, and they are always in excellent condition, well appointed, and perfectly clean. This is our favorite vacation destination. We’re already planning to return next summer.

Family Spring Break 25'

Great property, relaxed, helpful, steps away from the beach, great view which also included dolphins daily. Lisa at the front desk was amazing as was Peter down by thebeach.

Great stay. Great location. Owner very responsive to any concerns. View was unreal. Beach was not crowded. The private beach was a huge plus. Would absolutely stay there again!!

Home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is on the top floor and has beautiful views of the ocean. It had a generous amount of starter supplies and everything you need for a wonderful stay. Comes with 2 complimentary chairs on the beach, which is ready for you each day. Location is excellent, Walmart and many great dining options nearby. Site is gated so no worries for your safety. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Pool area is very nicely set up with restrooms and plenty of seating. Nice grill area in case you want to cook what you catch. Would recommend Gulfgate to anyone wanting to stay in the area. We have stayed here many times and will return again!

Perfect Getaway

This is our second time to stay in David's condo, he makes the stay so easy and is a pleasure to deal with. We have stayed in a lot of condos in Destin and this is by far the best with unbelievable ocean views. The condo is very roomy and comfortable.

Wonderful Week

We really enjoyed our week in David's condo. The location is ideal, the view is outstanding, the beach is gorgeous, and the beach chairs and umbrella supplied were wonderful. The condo itself was clean, well supplied, and very enjoyable. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Destin. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Relaxing beach vacation

David is a wonderful host, he kept in constant communication and even brought a new Keurig over when he learned the current one was broken. Condo was clean and well updated. View was fantastic and location is very convenient

Great property - Great location

The condo was lovely and very spacious. The lanai was perfect with comfy chairs and loungers. The owner was very accommodating allowing us to stay later in the day since we had a late flight. I can not say enough good things about this listing. Perfect.

Great place! Great view!

Gulfgate is a great place to stay and David was incredible to work with. I love the beach chair setup and the overall grounds and pool. The condo was very nice and the view was incredible! The decor was beautiful and it was so great to know David was available at any time if needed. He takes great pride in making sure your family has a great stay which is why I would recommend anyone stay here.

Beautiful views & very roomy

This is our favorite place we’ve ever stayed at in Destin. We loved the views & the large space. We really liked the proximity to our favorite places, Destin commons & The back porch. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Dave was very accommodating & helpful. It was really nice to meet you! You have a lovely place!!
