This house was perfect for our family. We could walk to beach. Loved the turtle pond. The house was clean and had comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful, spacious, and a great location. Short walk to beach, and close to restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms a good size. The kitchen was open and had plenty of room to cook a large meal. There is a large refrigerator/freezer and a smaller one for soda/beer. The house had everything you would need including beach chairs and umbrella. Beach towels are not included, so if you want some pack your own. A great time was had by all!

Great stay

Had a great week long stay. As advertised with the view of boat traffic and great sunrises. Had 10 adults, 1 child with plenty of room to be together or find quiet space when needed.

The "gourmet kitchen" was somewhat overstated. Knives were dull, not many kitchen tools, just not what I would expect to be advertised as a gourmet kitchen. We ate out at restaurants more out of necessity than preference. But overall we had a very good time.

Beautiful house

We stayed here with our Girl Scout troop, and it was the perfect size, with a convenient walk to the beach and just a short drive into Savannah

Fun weekend away

Visited tybee with a small group of friends and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. The great location close to the beach and quiet private pool were the highlights of the trip for us. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property is really nice with close access to the beach. The rooms are very comfortable with plenty of space for our entire group. Pool area is small, but a nice place to gather and enjoy the sunshine.We did not find any instructions for the elevator and no WiFi password was provided upon checkin, so we had to call for those. We were very concerned about the dining room chairs. One broke as soon as my daughter sat on it and the others were splitting in various spots. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.

Family Holiday get together

Property manager very responsive to our questions and service issues. Hotel contact was responsive and could answer any questions we had. Location and lodging was very good. A place to come back to.

Annual Family Get Together

For the past 8 years my 3 brothers & sister, spouses and other family attend the Georgia Conservatory Oyster Roast in Savannah and stay in Tybee Island. This has been our favorite place to stay so far and we hope to stay here for many years to come.

This is a very large property and great for large groups. Location was close to everything. Liked the pool and close to the beach. The host was very responsive. We had a few issues. The place was not dirty but certainly could have been a bit cleaner. When the caretaker came to clean the pool, he advised that the previous caretaker passed away unexpectedly so that might be the reason it could have been a bit more tidy. The pool was dirty but the owner addressed it immediately after we reported it. Everyone removed their shoes left them in the front hallway of the home. There were lots of dirty socks that first night so the floors could have been swept and mopped better.Such a spacious place with beautiful views! Most rentals I have stayed in leave a few little extras (snack basket, paper plates/cups, etc.). As a result of those extra touches, I usually ensure my party cleans everything. We remove the trash. I leave “extras” for the next guests (aluminum foil, paper plates, napkins, paper cups, paper towels, plastic storage bags, maybe limited spices, sugar, etc.). We did everything else but I didn’t leave any extras this time. This rental was on the more expensive side compared to others and just a few “extra” touches could have made it a nicer experience. We ran out of paper towels and dish soap. We went to get these things and lots of other things at the store. I would certainly recommend this rental to large groups! The size, location and views are amazing.

Great House

Very spacious house in a great location. There were a few essentials missing, like dish towels, pot holders, and coffee filters, but all-in-all a nice place.

Fun Location!

The property was very nice! The pool was the biggest hit of the trip - we spent a lot of time out there! The elevator definitely helped get groceries and suitcases upstairs! We ate at some restaurants on Tybee, but also went into Savannah for the day and enjoyed shopping and eating there!

Family vacation

Plenty of room for our family vacation of 9. Elevator is very handy for bringing in luggage. Location is beautiful with short walk to beach through sand dunes. Pool was a bit dirty when we got there but the management was very friendly when called and was cleaned same day. Would definitely stay there again!

Tybee Island Gorgeous Home

This beautiful 6 bedroom townhouse is in an upscale, safe neighborhood in northern Tybee. The elevator makes it convenient for guests of all ages and abilities. The beach access is only a couple of houses away. The management company was extremely responsive to any needs. Great experience.
