Clean, inviting, cozy and beautiful vacation home with modern amenities and enough space to make lasting memories with your family and friends! The game room has a ping pong table, arcade game, air hockey table, foosball table, and darts! The kitchen features new appliances with everything you need to make a home cooked meal; plus a fully stocked coffee bar. You will love the feel of this centrally located, Colorado themed, luxury vacation rental!

Amenities: Fast WiFi, Smart TV’s, indoor fireplace, books, board games, laptop-friendly workspace, Keurig coffee machine with pods and syrups, private outdoor patio with firepit, new and comfortable beds and bedding!

Guests will have access to the entire home. Entry is fast, flexible, and effortless with a keyless smart lock. The neighborhood is beautifully developed, friendly, welcoming and safe. The home has a park trail directly behind to enjoy walking or biking during the warmer months. It is centrally located in the heart of Arvada. Take in both the mountains and city with easy access to 1-70 and walking or scootering to local restaurants, breweries, and entertainment.

Great place to stay. Beautiful condo with games, nice balconies and awesome kitchen. Excellent location that is close to shopping and not too far to go into downtown Denver, Red Rocks or Boulder.

WOW, WOW, WOWThis property is AMAZING. The location is great for reaching various activities within minutes. The communication was great as well. To top it off, God is so amazing and allowed us to make a Mines connection for my son who is there at school. Highly recommend this property and we will be using it again for future visits to the area.

The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The host was very accessible for any issues that may have come up. The location in Arveda was close to lots of restaurants, a movie theater and downtown Denver. We would recommend this home!

Our stay was good. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was not as user friendly as we would have enjoyed. The game room was a blast but it was cold as the small space heater did not heat the area well. The location was perfect with a short walk to old town Arvada and Costco only is a block away. The balcony fire pit was nice and cozy for relaxing with family.

A Seamless Blend of Comfort and Professionalism

The Arvada Home was exceptional, comfortable, very clean and great amenities. Loved the map where you pinned from where you were visiting from. The little fire store in the "Ski" bedroom was fantastic. We wished we could have stayed longer!

The Nook was perfect for our needs. Clean and tidy with plenty of supplies plus sufficient kitchen appliances for basic cooking. Keeping the unit cool was a challenge as the weather was quite warm during out stay. Walking to and from town is probably not very practical unless you are very energetic (very steep hill!). Frequent visits from a family of deer was a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Property and Hosts

Fantastic unit for all ages. The ground floor bedrooom is great for those that can't go up and down stairs. Living area and kitchen are great spaces. Upstairs bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Nice Modern appointments. Will definitely save this one. Location is very convenient.

Great Overall

This is a very nice property in a great location. Just a few minor details were the difference between good and excellent for me. I would have preferred actual nightstands in the bedroom with a flat surface. A couple of casserole dishes, a pyrex measuring jug, a potato masher and dish towels would have made the kitchen more friendly for home cooked meals.. A great stay overall
