This is a one-bedroom, one-bath ground-floor condo unit in the Kihei Bay Vista complex. It's about 639 sqft.
**Home Highlights**
• Directly across from Kalepolepo Beach Park and a Public Beach in Kihei
• Swimming Pool, BBQ area, Hot Tub, and Tennis
• Close proximity to world-class golf courses, shopping, dining, and the finest beaches in south Maui
• Superb surfing, snorkeling and paddle-boarding all nearby
• Comfy Queen bed in the bedroom
• Queen sofa sleeper in the living room
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
• Ceiling fans throughout, air conditioner and in-unit laundry
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 180 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Hawaii's Natural Environment: Hawaii's beautiful tropical climate is part of what makes the islands so special—but it also comes with some unique aspects of island living. Occasional sightings of ants, cockroaches, termites, or geckos are common in Hawaiian homes and are not a reflection of cleanliness. To ensure a comfortable stay, we include routine pest control as part of our regular maintenance, just like professional cleaning. While we do our best to minimize any pest activity, the environment can still bring the occasional visitor. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the full experience of island life!
• This property is not handicap accessible and this property is only accessible by a staircase (there is no elevator)
• Please note that there's no AC in the bedroom
• Please be advised that there is ongoing construction behind the unit.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 2 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 4 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
