Balcony view was not same as listing, lots more tall foliage than expected...little disappointing. Need more lighting in living area, maybe a lamp or two

Great location and comfortable accommodations. The hosts put a lot of attention to detail in their cute beach condo. Shops, restaurants and grocery all in walking distance. Walk to the beach in less than a minute. Comfortable balcony, great pool. What else could you need? Would not hesitate to stay again.

The "Breakers" property is in a great location right on the beach. The pictures in the listing are 100% accurate, including the view from the balcony. The unit has everything you need for a temporary home-away-from-home. The host even included dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, dryer sheets, plenty of toilet paper, coffee (with creamer and sugar), and even a bottle of white wine. The property is also within short walking distance of A LOT of restaurants, shops, a grocery store, etc., so we barely needed our car during our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visit Hilton Head Island in the future.

The condo was nicely decorated with everything we needed for our stay! Christina and Erik go above and beyond with amenities
Ninja blender, coffee pot with Kcup, chairs/umbrella/noodles for the beach and pool as well as beach towels! Love the location
across the street from Coligny, next to the Tiki Hut and Jim’s Pool Bar. It was the perfect condo for our beach getaway!

Fantastic condo on the beach!

If you're looking for a great couples retreat in Hilton Head, stop scrolling and book this condo! The unit is beautifully renovated from top to bottom and exactly as pictured. Super clean and quiet, with a great beach vibe and a short walk to shops and restaurants. This unit is one of the few we saw on Hilton Head with a king bed, washer/dryer, and kitchen big enough to really cook in. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony-very comfy and private. It's got everything you need for the beach-chairs, towels, and an umbrella. There's even soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower and hand soap in the kitchen and bath. The hosts are really nice. They sent us clear instructions and checked in to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Check in/out is a breeze with keyless entry. Had a great 11-night stay here and if we come back, will stay here again!

Perfect Beach Vacation

The condo was clean and offered some nice extra touches like laundry detergent pods and dishwashing pods. My wife loved the decor! The view was amazing, and we spent a good bit of time on the balcony. Communication with Teena was good. She made a recommendation for our last day that we really enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The location right next to Coligny Beach and across from the shopping plaza was excellent!

Perfect for family of 5!

We loved our stay at Teena and Eric’s condo. The condo is newly renovated with new appliances, furniture, and in a great location. Within a few steps of the beach, the pool, and all that the Coligny Beach area has to offer. This location is truly perfect as you are walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and the park. The hosts were extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo was also equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels which were a plus when it comes to saving room in the car when packing for trip. We had a great time and we definitely look forward returning in the future!
