This little cabin is the perfect distance from Durango in a very quiet valley only 10 min away. Everything was clean and the property well-looked after. My kids loved it as well. The spiral stairs are a ton of fun and the whole place fit me, my wife, and our 6 and 5 year old children perfectly.

Wonderful place! quiet, dog friendly and clean.great communication too.I am older so the oboy part I did not like was I had to stay downstairs cause metal staircase was hard for me especially in the middle of the night.all in all it was wonderful!

Quiet country place with beautiful mountains all around. Fairly close to Mesa Verde National Park and about 6 miles from Durango. Very clean with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Circular metal staircase to the bedroom could be a bit challenging for older folks. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer right in the apartment.

Perfect Durango Retreat

Great location, close to town and hiking/biking trails. Unit was beautifully appointed, with all the comforts of home. We definitely plan to return - also pet friendly.

Beautiful property

This is a great place to stay. We have stayed here 2 years in a row for spring break skiing at Purgatory. One of the cleanest BNBs out there. Thank you.

Perfect family getaway

This lovely loft cottage 6 minutes outside of Durango was the highlight of our trip. Our kids and Labrador loved playing in the huge yard, building sand castles and splashing in the creek. Such a cozy layout and wonderfully responsive host. We’d stay here again anytime!

Lovely Getaway

We booked for 3 days but could have stayed much longer. The location is quiet, offers beautiful views and is just a few minutes drive from downtown Durango. The hosts have thought of everything you might need and are nearby if anything else comes up. We definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome property!

We love this place and hope to return. Great location, feels remote but it's just a few miles/quick drive to downtown Durango. Perfect for us and our dog, clean, uncluttered, yet had everything we needed for a 3-night stay. Property owners were very helpful and accommodating.

The apartment was clean, all the essentials were supplied, and the bed was comfortable. My one issue was the spiral stairs. I must have overlooked the fact that to get to the bedroom, you have to go up a very tight metal spiral stair which felt very unsafe. The bathroom is on the main floor, so to use the bathroom at night, you have to go downstairs. It was kinda scary. Just to mention, we are active healthy "young" seniors so ability was not necessarily an issue. The yard was nice for the dog. The location was excellent. The host was wonderful.

Quiet getaway.

Great area. Beautiful views near by. Silverton was enjoyable just be careful on the road heading in. Went to the 4 corners. Durango itself was nice. Recommend going up to the college and check out the views.

The hostess and her team were outstanding in every way. The unit was cute, well stocked and spotless. The location was close to Durango while being in the woods. It, also, felt very safe. I loved how friendly it was especially with pets. Loved this property
