This is a nice property -- but it should be noted that there are stairs involved. If you are carrying up a lot of luggage - be ready. Ample parking. The unit was appointed nicely, but the furniture needs to be replaced. We ended up putting pillows on the sofa so we wouldn't sink down too far. The nightstands etc were worn.. Would be nice to have a TV in the master bedroom. I would say this is an OK property, better than some we have stayed at. For the price and a 2 bedroom, 2 bath - for Durango I would say it is reasonable. Not sure if I would stay again....

Very clean condo was perfect for our family stay. Living room furniture was a little tired and unit is dated, but the cleanliness and well appointed accessories made our stay nice. Would recommend it for a functional and budget-friendly stay.

This unit worked well for us and we had a good stay! It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and we liked the one-floor layout. The unit was up a single flight a stairs and fairly convenient to the parking lot - way more manageable than most units in this complex that are up multiple flights of stairs. One drawback is that there is not much of a view - windows open to other units in the complex or staircases.
