Tuscan Villa Escape est une belle maison de vacances de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains située dans la communauté de villégiature fermée de Tuscan Hills. Cette communauté est idéalement située pour être assez loin de la foule mais suffisamment proche pour être à portée de l'épicerie, des stations-service, des magasins, des restaurants, des terrains de golf et bien sûr des meilleures attractions de la région!

Confortablement meublée, cette maison dispose de la climatisation centrale, de deux suites parentales avec salle de bain attenante et de deux chambres avec chacune un ensemble de lits jumeaux. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision pour le plaisir avant le coucher ou juste après le réveil. La cuisine a tout pour des vacances sans soucis, et il y a une buanderie / buanderie séparée. Le salon donne sur la piscine et offre un espace spacieux et ouvert avec une télévision à écran plat et de nombreux sièges.

La piscine est entièrement entourée d'un aménagement paysager mature pour vous permettre de profiter du soleil de Floride en privé! Il y a aussi une véranda couverte avec une table de patio et des sièges pour fournir de l'ombre les après-midi chauds ou si vous préférez le soleil, vous pouvez vous détendre sur l'une des chaises longues autour de la piscine.

Cette maison offre tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour passer des vacances reposantes et permet d'accéder à de nombreux équipements communautaires, notamment une piscine, des courts de tennis et un club house.

Family summer vacation

The location was convenient, close to key attractions yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Loved the neighborhood Overall, I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable, and memorable experience. I would definitely love to return in the future!

Great holiday

We called Florida spirits about pool heat and the glass door and they were great and came that day. The only thing that we found not great was the main bedroom bed was not comfortable.the frame and bed needs to be changed.

The home is beautiful but issues do need to be addressed. Housekeeping issues need to be addressed and pest control (not awful considering it is Florida but still present). Beds are not comfortable. Comforters dirty. Screened in area of pool needs fixing (screen in one section completely gone) which caused bugs in pool everyday. Patio doors cannot be opened and then shut properly without great effort. Dishes, silverware and pots and pans needed washing prior to use. Overall, if the housekeeping issues are addressed it is a beautiful home away from home.

June 2021 Stay

Me and my family stay here for two weeks the house decor is very out dated the microwave above the stove didn’t work but when we reported it they did bring a replacement… The carpet was very stained. The twin beds in both bedrooms need to be replaced my grandson was nearly taken in by the mattress in the room with the Polkadot bedding the frames on all four beds our old… The one vent in the living room was very dirty…. And living room furniture needs to be replaced looks stained… The location to everything was great and the pool all… My family and I Will continue to vacation with floridaspirit just disappointment and the fact that this house is not well-kept and needs to be updated in some areas…..

Was in a great location for the activities that we planned during our stay. The house was clean and exactly as shown on site. The pool was nice and we liked that it was surrounded by a hedge so you weren't looking at any of the neighbors. Would definitely use Vrbo to rent another house.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tuscan Hills the house was well equipped with everything we needed , the house and pool were very clean . However there is one thing we did find uncomfortable was the two queen beds , mattress really needed to be upgraded. I would certainly recommend this property.

Great Pool and Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are not strangers to FSVR and will continue as customers. As sometimes occurs there can be a breach in the satisfaction experienced. This Tuscan Hills home needs some TLC: carpets cleaned, appliances updated, new comforters, twin bed repaired, television upgrades, and ability to stream premium movie services. A safety rail for entry into the pool would be helpful for elderly and infirm guests.

Sleep in your car before this place

Bags of garbage from previous guest surround the poo,l which was filthy. Called management and pool service came a day later and reported NO chemicals in pool. My son got an ear infection. Racoons in attic keep you up all night. Management goes to voice mail and they do NOT call back even after 24 hours. Furniture broken, patio lounge collapsed to floor with a small child on it. I Do not have enough space to let you know how bad this was.

First of all we stayed and the first 24 hours we were there the hose was still running in the pool with cold water so the pool was cold second there was cigarette butts and trash in front of house and around pool,cracked lawn chairs by the pool and the beds were very uncomfortable. We did laundry in the dryer vent was not hooked up also a raccoon kept getting in the pool area because of holes in the screen. We would stay again hoping things would be different very disappointed about the pool being cold

The pool was beautiful, we loved the spacious rooms, and able to kick back and cook some days. The only problem we had was that the toilet link was broken and we reported, they said they would be out to fix it next day and nobody came or called back. We had other rest rooms to use but not having one in our room wooing was inconvenient.
